A Fast and Accurate Algorithm for Chessboard Corner Detection

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors proposed an improved SUSAN (Smallest Univalent Unit Segment Assimilating Nucleus) detector algorithm for detecting chessboard corners on the basis of symmetrical geometry structure of USAN (Univalue Segment assimilating nucleus) area.
Journal ArticleDOI

Arsenic Transformation in Soil-Rice System Affected by Iron-Oxidizing Strain (Ochrobactrum sp.) and Related Soil Metabolomics Analysis

TL;DR: In this paper , a strain of Ochrobactrum EEELCW01 was inoculated into paddy soils to investigate the effect of FeOB inoculation on the As migration and transformation in paddy soil.
Journal ArticleDOI

Arsenic biotransformation genes and As transportation in soil-rice system affected by iron-oxidizing strain (Ochrobactrum sp.).

TL;DR: In this paper , after inoculation with 1% iron-oxidizing bacteria (FeOB) in paddy soil, As speciation, As biotransformation genes in soil and As/Fe in Fe plaques, and As accumulation in rice were characterized.

Safety evaluation of FAD2 RNAi transgenic Brassica napus L. based on microbial diversity and metabonomic analysis

TL;DR: In this paper , the impact of RNA interference on plant metabolites and a safety evaluation method for transgenic plants and a reference for rapeseed breeding were investigated. But the results showed that the soil microbial community structure was stable, the general microbial community was not changed by the transgenic rhizosphere exudates, and no significant harmful root exudate of transgenic rapeseed on the environment was found through the microbial community and metabolomics analysis.
