An object of the present invention is to propose a novel thermoplastic resin composition having high impact resistance without degrading weather resistance even when the content of an impact modifier is small. CONSTITUTION: The flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition comprises: (A) 45-95 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; (B) 1-50 parts by weight of an acrylic rubber-modified graft copolymer; (C) 1-50 parts by weight of a vinyl-based copolymer or a mixture of vinyl-based copolymers; (D) 1-30 parts by weight of a mixture of organic phosphorous compounds, based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of base resins (A)+(B)+(C), in which the mixture contains (d1) 1-50 wt% of a cyclic phosphazene oligomer compound and (d2) 99-50 wt% of a phosphate ester compound; and (E) 0.05-5 parts by weight of a fluorinated polyolefin resin having an average particle diameter of 0.05-1000 micrometers and a density of 1.2-2.3 g/cm¬3, based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of base resins (A)+(B)+(C).
