Preparation and evaluation of dual drug-loaded nanofiber membranes based on coaxial electrostatic spinning technology.

Food spoilage caused by foodborne microorganisms will not only cause significant economic losses, but also the toxins produced by some microorganisms will also pose a serious threat to human health. Essential oil (EOs) has significant antimicrobial activity, but its application in the field of food preservation is limited because of its volatile, insoluble in water and sensitive to light and heat. Therefore, in order to solve these problems effectively, this paper first analyzed the antibacterial effect of EOs as an antimicrobial agent on foodborne bacteria and its mechanism. Then, the application strategies of EOs as a sustained-release antimicrobial agent in food preservation were reviewed. On this basis, the release mechanism and application cases of EOs in different antibacterial composites were analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to provide technical support and solutions for the preparation of new antibacterial packaging materials based on plant active components to ensure food safety and reduce food waste.

Application of essential oils as slow-release antimicrobial agents in food preservation: Preparation strategies, release mechanisms and application cases.

The development of tissue engineering scaffolds is of great significance for the repair and regeneration of damaged tissues and organs. Silk fibroin (SF) is a natural protein polymer with good biocompatibility, biodegradability, excellent physical and mechanical properties and processability, making it an ideal universal tissue engineering scaffold material. Nanofibers prepared by electrospinning have attracted extensive attention in the field of tissue engineering due to their excellent mechanical properties, high specific surface area and similar morphology as to extracellular matrix (ECM). The combination of silk fibroin and electrospinning is a promising strategy for the preparation of tissue engineering scaffolds. In this review, the research progress of electrospun silk fibroin nanofibers in the regeneration of skin, vascular, bone, neural, tendons, cardiac, periodontal, ocular and other tissues is discussed in detail. Abstractions are significant domain terms that have assisted in requirements elicitation and modeling. To extend the assistance toward requirements validation, we present in this paper an automated approach to identifying the abstractions for supporting requirements-based testing. We select relevant Wikipedia pages to serve as a domain corpus that is independent from any specific software system. We further define five novel patterns based on part-of-speech tagging and dependency parsing, and frame our candidate abstractions in the form of <key, value> pairs for better testability, where the “key” helps locate “what to test”, and the “value” helps guide “how to test it” by feeding in concrete data. We evaluate our approach with six software systems in two application domains: Electronic health records and Web conferencing. The results show that our abstractions are more accurate than those generated by a state-of-the-art technique. While the initial findings indicate our abstractions’ capabilities of revealing bugs and matching the environmental assumptions created manually, we articulate a new way to perform requirements-based testing by focusing on a software system’s changing features. Specifically, we hypothesize that the same feature would behave differently under a pair of opposing environmental conditions and assess our abstractions’ applicability to this new form of feature testing.

Testing software’s changing features with environment-driven abstraction identification

Under the background of double carbon strategy goal, the development prospect of wind power is very broad because of its advantages such as low cost and easy expansion. However, wind power output has strong random volatility, and large-scale wind turbine connected to the power grid through power electronic devices will not actively respond to changes in external frequency. The inertia stored in the rotor is difficult to provide inertia support for the system, resulting in a decline in the overall inertia level of the system, which further reduces the anti-disturbance ability and threatens the stability of the system frequency. In this paper, an online identification method of inertia of power system based on ARMAX model is proposed. The accuracy of this identification method is verified by comparing the inertia of motor and doubly-fed wind turbine under pulse disturbance and step disturbance. This method does not need to apply large disturbance and has higher security.
