Highly transparent and conducting fluorine-doped ZnO thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition
TL;DR: In this article, high transparent and conducting fluorine-doped ZnO (FZO) thin films were deposited on glass substrates by pulsed laser deposition and the structural, electrical, and optical properties of the films were investigated as a function of oxygen pressure ranging from 0.01 to 0.5 Pa.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterization of sulfur self-doped g-C3N4 with efficient visible-light photocatalytic activity
Ling Cao,Rong Wang,Dongxiao Wang +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of treating temperature on the structural, optical and photocatalytic properties of the g-C 3 N 4 samples were investigated, and the results demonstrated that S atoms have been incorporated into the G-C3 N 4 and may preferentially occupy N sites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Band gap modulation of ZnCdO alloy thin films with different Cd contents grown by pulsed laser deposition
TL;DR: In this paper, a hexagonal wurtzite ZnO structure with a highly c-axis orientation without any Cd related phases from the XRD patterns was obtained and the band gap energy of ZnCdO films extending to 2.88 eV can be achieved by incorporating 9.6% Cd content.
Journal ArticleDOI
NiO thin films grown directly on Cu foils by pulsed laser deposition as anode materials for lithium ion batteries
Ling Cao,Dongxiao Wang,Rong Wang +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, NiO thin films grown directly on Cu foils by pulsed laser deposition as anode materials for lithium ion batteries were studied and the structural, morphological and electrochemical properties of the films were studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Asymmetric interface band alignments of Cu2O/ZnO and ZnO/Cu2O heterojunctions
TL;DR: In this paper, a significant forward-backward asymmetry was observed in the band alignments of Cu2O/ZnO and ZnO/Cu2O heterojunctions.
