The invention relates to the technical field of workpiece pose error measurement and calibration, in particular to a method for measuring strong tooth cutting machining workpiece pose errors. The method comprises the following steps that S01, origin coordinates of a machine tool are determined; S02, a gear workpiece is installed; S03, the measuring track is edited according to a machine tool configuration, and measuring codes are generated; S04, a homogeneous motion equation containing the workpiece pose errors is built, and mapping relations between all the workpiece pose errors and all motion coordinate values are determined; and S05, according to coordinate values corresponding to the measuring track, the installation pose errors of workpieces are obtained by calculation with the combination of the coordinate values and the mapping relations between the pose errors and the motion coordinate values. A simple and efficient method is provided for measurement of the tooth cutting machining workpiece pose errors.
