TL;DR: Saxagliptin + metformin is associated with small difference in macrovascular events such as myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure compared to SU or TZD plus meetformin strategies, probably due to the difference of action on net weight.

TL;DR: Effective and expensive care of hemophilia with inhibitors provides a satisfactory quality of life, and the COCIS patients resulted not different from that in severe hemophiliacs without inhibitors.
