Book ChapterDOI
Actuators and Sensors
TL;DR: In this chapter, two basic robot components are treated: actuators and sensors, and the models describing the input/output relationship for such servomotors are derived.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis and Design of Pulse Ratio Modulated Feedback Control Systems
TL;DR: An exact method of analysis is presented for a class of pulse-modulated feedback control systems which can be modeled by a multiple-loop nonlinear feedback system which has a hysteresis characteristic.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Edge-following strategies using the parallel control formulation
TL;DR: Simulation results show that the use of force-based logic in the task planning results in helpful support for the operation of the robot control system.

Journal ArticleDOI
Adaptive Control Design in Servosystems
TL;DR: In this article, an adaptive model following control system for d. c. drive is developed via hyperstability theory, which produces a discontinuous control signal, similar to a bang-bang control, so that particular trajectories, referred as sliding modes, occur.
