Benzoxazepin P13K inhibitor compounds and methods of use

4,4-dialkyl-1H-[1]benzopyrano[4,3-b]pyrroles were prepared starting from [1]benzopyrano[4,3-b]pyrrol-4(1H)-ones and organometallic reagents.
