Densification, magnetic and dielectric behaviour of Cu-substituted Mg–Zn ferrites

TL;DR: In this paper, the physical, magnetic and dielectric properties of Cu-substituted Mg-Zn ferrites having the general formula of Mg0.55−xCuxZn0.45O(Fe2O3)0.97 prepared by standard double sintering ceramic technique were studied.
Journal Article

Epidemiology of eltor cholera in rural Bangladesh: importance of surface water in transmission.

TL;DR: In this article, the role of water used for drinking, cooking, bathing, and washing in the transmission of Vibrio cholerae biotype eltor infections in an area with endemic cholera was defined.
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of CuO and sintering temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of Mg-Cu-Zn ferrites

TL;DR: In this article, the synthesis of a series of Mg-Cu-Zn ferrites with the substitution of Cu for Mg has been obtained by solid-state reaction method.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of Zn2+ substitution on the magnetic properties of Mg1−xZnxFe2O4 ferrites

TL;DR: In this article, the X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that the samples crystallize in a single-phase cubic spinel structure and the lattice parameter increases linearly with increase in zinc content obeying Vegard's law.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spin-glass-like ordering in the spinel ZnFe2O4 ferrite

TL;DR: In this paper, the spin-glass-like ordering has been observed in the spinel ZnFe2O4 ferrite magnetization at low temperature in the presence of field cooled and zero-field cooled (ZFC) DC magnetizations.
