Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, characterization, crystal structure, electrochemical studies and biological evaluation of metal complexes with thiosemicarbazone of glyoxylic acid

TL;DR: In this article, the thiosemicarbazone of glyoxylic acid derivatives had effective inhibition against α-glycosidase, cytosolic carbonic anhydrase I and II isoenzymes, butyrylchioxomethyl)hydrazinyl] acetic acid (H2TAA) and acetylcholinesterase.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, characterization, crystal structure of the coordination polymer Zn(II) with thiosemicarbazone of glyoxalic acid and their inhibitory properties against some metabolic enzymes.

TL;DR: A new coordination polymer Zn(II) with thiosemicarbazone glyoxalic acid H2GAT was obtained in this study and is effective inhibitor of the α-glycosidase, butyrylcholinesterase, BChE, cytosolic carbonic anhydrase I and II isoforms, and acetylcholinease enzymes (AChE) enzymes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cu(II) complex with thiosemicarbazone of glyoxylic acid as an anion ligand in a polymeric structure

TL;DR: A new complex of Cu(II), the composition Cu(C3H7N3O4S)∙H2O, the reaction of thiosemicarbazone glyoxylic acid with copper nitrate in an aqueous medium was synthesised as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Novel zinc compound with thiosemicarbazone of glyoxylic acid: Synthesis, crystal structure, and bioactivity properties

TL;DR: Zn3C18H34N18O17S6 (1) was determined using single crystal X-ray diffraction methods as mentioned in this paper, which showed that the complex crystallized in a triclinic system with the space group P-1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, biological and theoretical properties of crystal zinc complex with thiosemicarbazone of glyoxylic acid

TL;DR: In this article, a new zinc complex with thiosemicarbazone of glyoxylic acid (1) was synthesized with zinc acetate dihydrate and ThIosemic-Barazone-GSA and crystallized in water, and the absolute crystal structure of the complex was defined using the single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique.
