TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper conducted a prospective, comparative cohort study to evaluate the clinical, immunological and genomic characteristics of COVID-19 breakthrough infections, which revealed that delta variants are more likely to cause breakthrough infections and vaccination may not reduce the viral loads and shedding time.
