Role of pH in the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles

TL;DR: In this article, the role of pH in green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) is investigated and two reaction pathways are proposed to explain the formation of AgNPs, keeping in view the pH changes that occur on addition of different amounts of NaOH.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inhibitive effect of ceftazidime on corrosion of mild steel in hydrochloric acid solution

TL;DR: In this article, the corrosion inhibition properties of ceftadizime (CZD) for mild steel corrosion in HCl solution were analyzed by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamic polarization and gravimetric methods.
Journal ArticleDOI

Silver Nanowires Binding with Sputtered ZnO to Fabricate Highly Conductive and Thermally Stable Transparent Electrode for Solar Cell Applications.

TL;DR: This work fabricated AgNW film as transparent conductive electrode (TCE) by binding with a thin layer of sputtered ZnO (40 nm) which not only increased contact area with low-lying surface in thin film solar cell but also improved conductivity by connecting AgNWs at the junction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and surface plasmon behavior of Cu nanoparticles using different stabilizers

TL;DR: In this paper, the structural characterization of CuNPs dispersed in aqueous medium has been done with the help of small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), which demonstrated the formation of spherical NPs with bimodal size distribution.
Journal ArticleDOI

Thin-film copper indium gallium selenide solar cell based on low-temperature all-printing process.

TL;DR: In this work, a CIGS solar cell based on all printing steps and low-temperature annealing is developed and exhibits efficiency of 1.6% with open circuit voltage of 0.48 V and short circuit current density of 9.7 mA/cm(2).
