Learning About Migration Decisions from the Migrants: Using Complementary Datasets to Model Intra-Regional Migrations in Spain
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the determinants of the remarkable increase in intra-regional migrations since the 1980's in Spain, using a large administrative micro dataset on migrants.

Discrete choices with panel data
TL;DR: In this article, the authors review the existing approaches to deal with panel data binary choice models with individual efects and their relative strengths and weaknesses, and present a review of the existing methods.

Testing for Autocorrelation in Dynamic Random Effects Models
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed tests of covariance restrictions after estimating by three-stage least squares a dynamic random effects model from panel data, and showed how minimum chi-square tests for interesting covariance restriction can be calculated from a generalised linear regression involving the sample autocovariances and dummy variables.
