The invention relates to a power mechanism of an unmanned aircraft and a motor thereof. The power mechanism of the unmanned aircraft comprises a motor and a propeller. The motor comprises a shaft base; a stator, which is disposed on the shaft base in a sleeved manner; an outer rotor, which comprises a rotating shaft, a hollow body, and a guiding cover; a dustproof cover, which is disposed above the air flow channel openings of the guiding cover. The rotating shaft is disposed on the shaft base in a pivoted manner, and the hollow body is used to accommodate the stator. A permanent magnet is disposed in the hollow body, and the guiding cover is disposed on one end of the hollow body, and is provided with a plurality of air flow channel openings. The propeller is provided with a hub and a plurality of blades, and the hub is disposed on the upper part of the dustproof cover, and is connected with the outer rotor, and the blade is connected with the hub. The dust is prevented from entering the hollow body, and the stator is prevented from being polluted by the dust.
