TL;DR: Seaborn as discussed by the authors is a library for making statistical graphics in Python that provides a high-level interface to matplotlib and integrates closely with pandas data structures, which makes it easy to translate questions about data into graphics that can answer them.

Journal ArticleDOI
Within-patient mutation frequencies reveal fitness costs of CpG dinucleotides and drastic amino acid changes in HIV.
TL;DR: The mean frequency of transition mutations at 870 sites of the pol gene in 160 patients was calculated, allowing us to determine the cost of these mutations and found high costs for non-synonymous and nonsense mutations as compared to synonymous mutations.

Journal ArticleDOI
Drivers of within-host genetic diversity in acute infections of viruses.
Maoz Gelbart,Sheri Harari,Ya'ara Ben-Ari,Talia Kustin,Dana G. Wolf,Michal Mandelboim,Orna Mor,Orna Mor,Pleuni S. Pennings,Adi Stern +9 more
TL;DR: It is suggested that RSV is characterized by higher levels of cellular co-infection, which allow for complementation and hence elevated levels of DVGs, and increased diversity was mostly driven by presence of multiple divergent genotypes in HIV and CMV samples.
