TL;DR: In patients with sustained virological suppression on ritonavir-boosted protease inhibitor-based therapy, switching to raltegravir demonstrated noninferior efficacy and resulted in a better lipid profile at 48 weeks than continuing riton Cavir- boosted protease inhibitors.
