We may not be able to make you love reading, but archaeology of knowledge will lead you to love reading starting from now. Book is the window to open the new world. The world that you want is in the better stage and level. World will always guide you to even the prestige stage of the life. You know, this is some of how reading will give you the kindness. In this case, more books you read more knowledge you know, but it can mean also the bore is full.

Life on the Screen is a fascinating and wide-ranging investigation of the impact of computers and networking on society, peoples' perceptions of themselves, and the individual's relationship to machines. Sherry Turkle, a Professor of the Sociology of Science at MIT and a licensed psychologist, uses Internet MUDs (multi-user domains, or in older gaming parlance multi-user dungeons) as a launching pad for explorations of software design, user interfaces, simulation, artificial intelligence, artificial life, agents, "bots," virtual reality, and "the on-line way of life." 
Turkle's discussion of postmodernism is particularly enlightening. She shows how postmodern concepts in art, architecture, and ethics are related to concrete topics much closer to home, for example AI research (Minsky's "Society of Mind") and even MUDs (exemplified by students with X-window terminals who are doing homework in one window and simultaneously playing out several different roles in the same MUD in other windows). Those of you who have (like me) been turned off by the shallow, pretentious, meaningless paintings and sculptures that litter our museums of modern art may have a different perspective after hearing what Turkle has to say. 
This is a psychoanalytical book, not a technical one. However, software developers and engineers will find it highly accessible because of the depth of the author's technical understanding and credibility. Unlike most other authors in this genre, Turkle does not constantly jar the technically-literate reader with blatant errors or bogus assertions about how things work. Although I personally don't have time or patience for MUDs,view most of AI as snake-oil, and abhor postmodern architecture, I thought the time spent reading this book was an extremely good investment.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterised by progressive muscle weakness and degeneration of upper and lower motor neurones. The risk of developing ALS is partly genetic and partly environmental. Approximately 10% of cases of ALS are familial and a number of causative genes have been identified.1 Many of the causative genes encode proteins that accumulate in cells in ALS. Mutations of the copper-zinc (Cu, Zn) superoxide dismutase type 1 (SOD1) gene account for approximately 20% of familial and 3% of sporadic ALS cases.

Over 150 mutations in the coding region of SOD1 have been found in patients with ALS worldwide, with variation of the frequency of SOD1 mutations in different populations. However, not all SOD1 mutations are pathogenic and there is a variety of clinical presentations of patients with pathogenic mutations. Furthermore, the different mutations have diverse effects on the structure of the SOD1 protein, and some cause no abnormality other than decreasing the net charge of the protein.

Next-generation wireless ecosystems are expected to comprise heterogeneous technologies and diverse deployment scenarios. Ensuring a good quality of service (QoS) will be one of the major challenges of next-generation wireless systems on account of a variety of factors that are beyond the control of network and service providers. In this context, ITU-T is working on updating the various Recommendations related to QoS and users' quality of experience (QoE). Considering the ITU-T QoS framework, we propose a methodology to develop a global QoS management model for next-generation wireless ecosystems taking advantage of big data and machine learning. The results from a case study conducted to validate the model in real-world Wi-Fi deployment scenarios are also presented.
