Abstract: We calculate the free energy of a donor interacting with spin waves and atomic displacements of a ferromagnetic semiconductor. With increasing temperature the free-energy minimum associated with a severely localized state is lowered below that of a large-radius donor. Concomitantly, large-radius donors suddenly severely localize.

TL;DR: In this article, a donor electron in a ferromagnetic semiconductor interacts with magnons and atomic displacements, and the free energy can have two coexisting minima, and with increasing temperature the severely localized donor falls relative to that of the large-radius donor.
