Journal ArticleDOI

13C,13C coupling constants of conjugated dienes

TL;DR: In this article, the coupling constants of 2,3-dimethylbuta-1, 3-diene and methylenecyclobutane have been measured.
Journal ArticleDOI

Theoretical Models for the Selectivity of Organic Singlet and Triplet Photoreactions

Martin Klessinger
- 28 Oct 1997 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors show that the structure of the conical intersection accessible on the excited state of a singlet photoreaction or the region of geometries favorable for intersystem crossing in a triplet photoreactuation plays a similar role as the transition state in a thermal reaction.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electronic structure and properties of molecules in excited states

TL;DR: In this article, the semi-empirical MNDOC-CI method with CI limited to 100-500 selected configurations is used for computing excited state properties and geometry optimization by the DFP method is achieved and vibrational frequencies can be calculated.
