PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal voltage controller which optimally controls the voltage of a distribution system by performing concentrated cooperative control to controllers LRT, SVR, SC, ShR, SVC and the like. SOLUTION: In the optimal voltage controller 2, which controls the voltage of a distribution system 1 where distribution lines 12 and 13 equipped with voltage regulators 15, 16, 17, 18 are connected to a transformer 11 for power distribution, utilizing genetic algorithm (GA), a binary notation of having connected objects, where the control signals of each voltage regulator are expressed in binary numbers, is made a gene, and a value, where differences between voltage estimates at each node of the distribution system, when the gene is applied to it, and the target value of voltage are totalled as to nodes, is made an objective function, and the best gene, which minimizes the objective function, is searched until it fulfills finish conditions, according to GA, and the operation of the controller is decided, based on the control signal that the best gene obtained thereby shows. Optimal voltage controller for distribution system

The method includes following steps: dividing control variables (as plant or animal communities) for system reactive optimization into several groups, and each variable is corresponding to a flock in coevolution method; inputting original data, initializing each flock, calculating adaptation function value of each chromosome in initial flocks; based on previous generation, generating new generation through genetics operations of selection, chiasma, variation; calculating adaptation function value fro new generation; selecting optimum chromosome; evolutionary optimization of ecosystem is completed after optimizing each flock; determining whether condition of convergence of genetic algorithm is met, and outputting optimized result. In the invention, problem to be solved is mapped to ecosystem including multiple flocks. Coevolution of interactive flocks makes optimization of system.

The centralized voltage control device includes a voltage-fluctuation-band calculation unit calculating fluctuation band within the first cycle, an optimal-voltage-distribution determination unit determining a threshold value for allowance for each of upper and lower limits of an appropriate voltage range and acquiring an optimal control amount, and a voltage upper-and-lower-limit-value determination unit.

SOLUTION: A measurement/set value data input means 13 inputs measurement value data from a remote monitor control unit 3 and a slave station device 4 as the measurement/set value data through a communication line 5. A status estimation calculating means 141 calculates status estimation for calculating the current and voltage of the distribution system at each node by using the measurement/set value data based on the distribution system data stored in a data storage means 12. A proper range check means 142 checks whether the current and voltage of the distribution system at each node are within the proper range. SOLUTION: In a distribution line control system, which controls the ripple width of the voltage of each high-voltage distribution line F1 and F2 of a distribution line to be settled in a set range, a central unit 1 generates the quantity of adjustment of the voltage value and the reactive power value in each local device 2 at random as an initial string, using a genetic, algorithm, and generates voltage and reactive power in each detection position, based on the quantity of adjustment of initial string, using a neutral network for performing tidal current computation, and computes the inverse number of an objective function value, and selects the string of plural quantities of adjustment larger than it, and executes the selective sifting-out processing, and decides the crossover at random from the selected string, and produces a sifted modified string anew, and performs mutation processing, performing the bit inversion within the string among the plural strings lower in adaptability than it from the group.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly calculate power flow, by using a neural network for calculating the voltage and reactive power values of each detection position based on the load power between detecting devices, a transmission voltage from a transformer, or the like. SOLUTION: In a neural network 500, adjustment amount of voltage ICRV1 - ICRV3 and adjustment amount of reactive power ICRQ1 -ICRQ3 of each regulator, adjustment amount of reactive power TCRQ1 -TCRQ3 of each reactor, load active power P1 -P8 and load reactive power Q1 -Q8 between detecting devices, and a transmission voltage VS and a transmission phase θS from a substation for power distribution are inputted into input layer units 101-1-101-27 for distributing to M. Then, middle layer units 201-1-201-M perform weighting to 27 data to be inputted, and distribute them to 28 portions for outputting. Furthermore, output layer units 301-1-301-28 add M data, and output voltage values VC1 -VC14 and reactive power values QC1 -QC14 at each detection position.

Power flow-calculating device for power distribution system control system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a state from getting worse due to a calculation error, by judging the state of a current power distribution system before calculating power flow, and by preventing execution of calculation processing when the state is appropriate. SOLUTION: Before calculating power flow, system information and the detection data of a target system are inputted and stored (S1), and the presence or absence of a place that deviates from the adjustment tolerance and prescribed voltage width of a local device is confirmed according to the detection data (S2). Furthermore, it is judged whether there is no tolerance or a deviation place exists according to the detection data (S3), reactive power in each detection place is increased in the case of NO or it is judged whether the minimum voltage value is not reached or not (S4), and no adjustment is required for preventing calculation processing from being executed in the case of NO. On the other hand, in the case of YES, the degree of appropriateness of a current state for a target voltage and the reactive power is judged (S5), at the same time, it is judged whether the current state is appropriate or not (S6), and no adjustment is required for preventing the calculation processing from being executed in the appropriate case.
