Disclosed are a hot dip galvanized steel plate with excellent corrosion resistance property, and a manufacturing method for the same. The hot dip galvanized steel plate has a steel plate and a hot dip galvanizing layer. The hot dip galvanizing layer comprises: 2.0-3.0 wt% (exclusive of 2.0 wt%) of aluminum (Al); 2.5-5.0 wt% of magnesium (Mg); and the remainder consisting of zinc (Zn) and inevitable impurities. A composition of Mg and Al satisfies 1.2 = Mg/Al = 2.5. The hot dip galvanizing layer includes a metal tissue in which a Zn singe phase, a Zn/MgZn_2 binary process tissue, a MgZn_2 singe phase tissue, and Zn/Al/MgZn_2 ternary process tissue are mixed. A total area of the Zn/MgZn_2 binary process tissue and the MgZn_2 singe phase tissue is equal to or greater than 51%, wherein the Zn/MgZn_2 binary process tissue and the MgZn_2 singe phase tissue are observed on a cross section in a width direction of the hot dip galvanizing layer. The present invention provides the hot dip galvanized steel plate, with excellent corrosion resistance property of a processing unit and excellent corrosion resistance property of a surface unit, a cross section unit, and a coating unit; and a manufacturing method for the same.

PURPOSE: To produce the subject composition, having a uniform film over the whole surface of a fluorescent substance layer on the inner surface of a panel and capable of forming an undercoating film good in baking properties without any unevenness of luminance by controlling the morphology of polymer particles of a specific composition to be dispersed in the composition. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by dropping a monomer mixture alone containing (A) 35-90 pts.wt. alkyl methacrylate having a 1-4C alkyl group, (B) 5-60 pts.wt. alkyl acrylate having a 1-4C alkyl group, (C) 2-12 pts.wt. at least one unsaturated carboxylic acid selected from acrylic, methacrylic, itaconic and crotonic acids and (D) 0-30 pts.wt. copolymerizable monomer other than the components (A) to (C) into a dispersion medium or a monomer emulsion prepared by preemulsifying the monomer mixture and an emulsifying agent in water into a dispersion medium while providing a concentration gradient of the component (C) stepwise or continuously and carrying out the emulsion polymerization. The morphology of the resultant polymer particles has the concentration of the component (C) increasing from the central part of the particles to the outermost part.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction ink required for correcting a minute defective part on a colored pixel, namely a correction ink that permits thick coating without contaminating the surroundings of the defective part and permits reduction of the film thickness to a desired value even when coated thick. SOLUTION: The correction ink comprises at least a pigment, a monofunctional monomer and a polymer, where the correction ink contains the pigment in an amount within the range of 15-25 wt.% and the monofunctional monomer in an amount within the range of 25-40 wt.% and has a viscosity within the range of 240-320 mPa sec. A slope(40) is formed at a rear end of the button entry groove. The height of a slope surface is gradually decreased from the height of the button entry groove. The height of the slope surface is connected to the bottom of a bottom plate.

PURPOSE:To obtain a surface protective material for a color filter having a flatness and excellent in the hardness and the chemical resistance by constituting it with a material consisting of a diarylphthalate resin and polythiol, being a solid at a room temp. and being a specified melt viscosity at 200 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:The surface protective material for the color filter is constituted of a product consisting of the diaryl phthalate resin and the polythiol, being a solid at a room temp., and being <=5000cPs at a melt viscosity at 200 deg.C. As the diaryl phthalate resin, a prepolymer of diaryl o-phthalate or diaryl isophthalate is exemplified. As the polythiol, pentatetrakis benzenedithiol, etc., are exemplified. Hence the ideally flat surface protective film layer is provided with this product on the color filter and besides the surface protective material excellent in the film hardness, the heat resistance, the chemical resistance and the clarity is obtained.

PURPOSE:To reduce thermal decomposing temperature in panel baking process and improve the luminance of a cathode-ray tube by using a polyalkylene carbonate as a filming agent used in the manufacturing process of the cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:At manufacturing a cathode-ray tube, a phosphor screen is formed on a panel inner surface, a filming agent consisting of a polyalkylene carbonate (e.g. polyethylene carbonate) is applied onto the phosphor screen to flatten the surface. The polyalkylene carbonate is used in the form of the emulsion decomposed and emulsified in an organic solvent, or in the form of the emulsion decomposed and emulsified in a water solvent under the presence of an emulsifier. A metal such as aluminium is then evaporated on the filming agent layer followed by baking, and the organic component is thermally decomposed to manufacture a cathode-ray tube. Thus, the thermal decomposing temperature in baking process can be reduced lower than in the past, and the formation of the baking remainder of the film after baking can be eliminated.

Filming agent for cathode-ray tube

PURPOSE:To flatten the picture element patterns of color filters by constituting the surface protective material of a specific org. high polymer contg. styrene and photodimerization type functional group. CONSTITUTION:This surface protective material consists of the org. high polymer which has the unit of the styrene and the unit contg. the functional group of the photodimerization type, is expressed by formula I and has 500 to 10,000 weight average mol. wt. In the formula, R1 and R2 denote a hydrogen atom, methyl group; R3 denotes a monovalent org. group contg. the functional group of the photodimerization type; Ar denotes a phenyl group or naphthyl group; (m) denotes 0, 1 integer; (n) denotes >=1 integer. Thus, the ideally flat surface protective layer is applied on the color filters and further heat resistance, chemical resistance and transparency are obtd.

Surface protective material

PURPOSE:To provide filming emultion capable of enhancing luminance of a cathode-ray tube without any deficiency such as baking insufficiency or blister. CONSTITUTION:A filming emulsion for a cathode-ray tube includes mainly a water emulsifie polymer having alkyl (carbon number: 4-6) methacrylate as a composition unit and an anion water polymer. The emulsion is adapted to flatten the surface of a phosphor in a filming process in manufacturing a cathode-ray tube. Consequently, it is possible to prevent the generation of baking insufficiency or blister of the film in a panel baking process even when a coating film thickness of filming emulsion is increased.
