PURPOSE:To perform the update of a master file automatically and accurately by storing a transaction data on an oiling card at a storage means, and updating the master file at a center based on said transaction data. CONSTITUTION:Oiling is performed by inserting an oiling card 4 into a card reader/writer 21. When the oiling is completed, an oiling quantity is received from a weighing machine 3, and an updated residual oil quantity in which the oiling quantity is subtracted is calculated, and is written on the oiling card 4, and also, a data regarding a transaction is written on a transaction data file 12. Next, POS terminal 1 starts up a communication control part 13, and sends the transaction data to a center B. A center computer 16 updates the master file based on the transaction data from the POS terminal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle control system that includes a speed measurement device reducing a speed measurement error based on an electromagnetic wave reflected in a reflection angle direction upon rails.SOLUTION: In a railway vehicle control system comprising: a speed measurement device loaded in a transport vehicle, irradiating rails with an electromagnetic wave, and measuring an amount of change of a frequency of a reflection wave of the electromagnetic wave to calculate a speed of the transport vehicle; and a railway vehicle control device to which the speed calculated by the speed measurement device is input, the speed measurement device is fixed on a floor surface so that the electromagnetic wave is irradiated in an oblique direction with respect to the rail, and the electromagnetic wave reflected in a reflection angle direction of the electromagnetic wave can be incident toward the planar reflection control member provided on the floor surface of the transport vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8

Railway vehicle control system

PURPOSE:To prevent the collision of signals by providing successively the right of transmission to each station after the end of receiving of a start signal of a control station in a bus transmission system having the bus control station. CONSTITUTION:A transmission data consists of a start flag SF, an address DA for a designated station address SA for an outgoing station, information I and an end flag EF. Each station counts a no-signal time after the end of receiving of a start signal ST. The 1st station is provided with the right of transmission immediately after the end of receiving of the ST and transmits a signal B1. The 2nd station is provided with the right of transmission when the no-signal time reaches T0 and transmits a signal B2. Similarly, each station is provided with the right of transmission.

PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect on the postprocessing, even if a magnetic tape is taken out before the end of data recording of all blocks, by recording a mark one block after further at every data recording of one block. CONSTITUTION:A cassette magnetic recorder 3 is controlled via CPU5 in accordance with a program in an ROM6 and data of one block is recorded, then the cassette tape is forwarded further by one block and an end mark is recorded. At the recording of the next block, the data for one block's share is reversed and after the mark is erased, the recording of data is made with a similar system as the said block and the end mark is always recorded. Thus, even at the rerecording after unloading of a magnetic tape before the end of recording is not made due to failure in the cassette or the like, since the preceding recording is surely discriminated, the confusion of collected data and the like can be avoided.

PURPOSE:To process a processing request in order of received applications by setting receipt ranking in response to a request for coupling the second data to the first data of the processing requests generated at about the same time, and holding an area on the memory in accordance with the receipt ranking irrespective of generated ranking of the second data. CONSTITUTION:A refueling machine selective button is provided on card readers CR1, CR2 of a service station, and a user pushes its button and inserts a card into a card insertion port. A data which has been read by the respective readers CR1, CR2 from said card is sent to an output device D, and by the device D, whether said data is proper or not is decided and the received ranking is decided. Also, a signal for starting and finishing the refueling from refueling machines P1-P3, and information of the quantity of refueling are sent to the output device D. Subsequently, the receipt ranking of processing requests is set by the output device D, an area on the memory decided by the receipt ranking is held irrespective of the ranking of the signal from the refueling machines P1-P3, the first request of the residual received ranking is coupled with the refueling machines P1-P3, and refueling is performed in order or received applications.
