Analysis of Factors Influencing Implementation of Competitive Strategies among Electronic Retail Firms in Nairobi CBD, Nairobi County, Kenya
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used descriptive research design to analyze factors influencing the implementation of competitive strategies among electronic retail firms in Nairobi County, and found that organizational culture had the highest effect on competitive strategies with a coefficient of 0.133, followed by resource allocation, organization environment, strategic communication, and resource allocation.
