TL;DR: In this paper, a fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) was used to identify explanatory factors for success in online social networks and found that human resource capabilities, the intensity of firms' social network activity, and the experience firms accumulate in these virtual media are key factors for social network success, measuring success by the ability to attract a high number of followers.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors identified three types of tourists with different degrees of interest in local gastronomy: survivors, enjoyers, and experiencers, according to the results of statistical analysis, experiencers showed the greatest appreciation for local food and being the group that makes the greatest economic impact in the area.
