Premises of creation of Internet portal designed to provide access to participants of educational and scientific process for the joint creation, consolidation, concentration and rapid spreading of educational and scientific information resources in its own depository are considered. CMS-based portal content management systems’ potentiality is investigated. Architecture for Internet portal of MES of Ukraine’s information resources is offered.

У статті розглядається проблема формування відповідальності у майбутніх інженерів у процесі професійної підготовки в технічних університетах на основі духовних компонентів - етичності поведінки та творчих якостей. Проблема розглядається на прикладі констатувального експерименту в групі аспірантів НТУ “ХПІ”. The article deals with the problem of increasing the development of leadership qualities of future engineers in the process of professional preparation in technical universities on the basis of analysis of the pedagogical ascertaining experiment. Through case studies leadership in a group of graduate students at National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute" actualized the necessity of forming leadership capacity in students of technical universities. The article states that in the experiment were investigated following leadership qualities: organizational skills, communication skills, ambition, efficiency, creative qualities of the personality, diligence, initiative, perseverance, responsibility, innovative thinking, dedication, determination, ethical conduct, technical (vocational) competence motivation to achieve success, risk tolerance (adventurism), the ability to influence subordinates. On the basis of experimental data in this paper the group leadership qualities that are considered most important by the respondents for their future. These are the following leadership qualities: responsibility, diligence, communication skills, innovative thinking, ambition, technical (vocational) competence, perseverance, determination, commitment, efficiency, a high level of etiquette, increasing both technical and cultural standards, the rapid assimilation of knowledge and skills. The article states that the conduct of pedagogical diagnostics was based on compliance with the requirements the conditions acmeologic approach, so the data presented will be of interest not only for the teachers involved in the education of students at technical universities, but also for other professionals involved in the formation of leadership qualities.

Напрями реалізації принципу пропорційності в діяльності органів внутрішніх справ України

The aim of this paper is to investigate the relatio nship between ownership evolution, innovation activities and firms performa nce using firm-level data on 60 privatised enterprises in Macedonia for the period 2001-2010. To examine the nature of this relationship we will develop a model relating the determinants of ownership and performa nce and apply it to the original dataset collected by the author. Speci fically, the investigation will respond to several questions such as the impac t of ownership structure and innovation activities undertaken by f irms, competition from other firms, sector, location, age, size and other firm characteristics on the firm performance. The main contribution of this empirical work is reflected in the application of new and advanced ec onometric techniques such as two-step GMM kernel and enhanced CUE (GMM) estimations to the analysis of changes in performance resulting fr om the change in ownership in Macedonia. By investigating this relat ionship we provide sufficient evidence to support the view of signific ant ownershipperformance relationship of privatised firms in Mac edonia.

The evolution of ownership, innovation and firm performance: empirical evidence from macedoni̇a

The article analyzes the peculiarity of the transformation of Biblical-Christian and ancient subjects, motifs and images in Valery Shevchuk's novel Petro Utekly. The issue of the artistic dualism of the work is considered - the combination of the ancient and Christian aesthetic systems, the philosophical and psychological dualism of the inner world of man as the cause of imperfection and forced suffering of the individual.
