A block working blade unit which has working blades disposed in the form of a lattice in order to perform chipping work on the upper surface corner parts of a plurality of workpiece blocks when these blocks are arranged side by side at equal intervals. In a block chipping machine containing a conveyor and a working frame, the block working blade is disposed under the vibrator and an elevator is disposed below the block working blade unit to raise and lower the workpiece blocks toward the working blades. In order to perform the chipping process, the workpiece blocks lined up on a molding pallet are conveyed under the block working blade unit by the conveyor in the working frame and raised toward the working blades by the elevator. The present invention facilitates the replacement of working blades appropriately selected in accordance with the size of the workpiece blocks, and the replacement of worn working blades. Furthermore, chipping work of work piece blocks can be performed in a short time and the worked blocks can be conveyed into a stacking machine without rearranging the worked concrete blocks by manual labor or the like, by incorporating the chipping machine into a production line.

SOLUTION: A base course 14 formed by coarse-graded asphalt concrete is constructed on a roadbed 12. A surface layer 16 formed by open-graded asphalt concrete having large cavities is constructed on the base course 14 by thickness of 50-100 mm. A water holding material 20 is filled into the surface layer 16 so that a part filled not with the water holding material 20 remains in depth of about 10-30 mm from a surface of the surface layer 16 to construct the water holding property pavement. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing finished concrete, which expresses a fine design on the surface of concrete in such a manner that the phenomena that a coarse aggregate appears on the surface of the concrete and bubbles are left therein are prevented.SOLUTION: When a form 20 is set in the lower face of the concrete 10 to be placed to form a finished surface 40, a coarse aggregate is not sunk to the surface plate face of the form 20 by using lightweight concrete using a lightweight concrete aggregate for structures. Alternatively, a coarse aggregate is not sunk to the surface plate face of the form 20 by placing mortar 50 to the upper face of the form 20 and placing the coarse aggregate-containing concrete 10 to the upper part of the mortar 50. Further, when the form 20 is set in the side face of the concrete 10 to be placed to form the finished face 40, the remaining of bubbles in the concrete 10 is suppressed by using high fluidity concrete.

In an optional stage after molding, (1) a film forming step for forming the titanium oxide film functioning as the photocatalyst by applying a peroxotitanic acid ion aqueous solution on at least a part of the surface of the block under the existence of an alkali is added or (2) a film forming step for forming the titanium oxide film functioning as the photocatalyst by applying a titanium salt aqueous solution on at least a part of the surface of the block under the existence of an alkali and applying a hydrogen peroxide solution thereon is added. SOLUTION: Aggregates 2 having large particle diameters are jointed together using cement as a binder in this concrete block 1, and a gap 4 between the aggregates 2 has an opening 5 made up to the surface by a communicating hole. A catalyst (titanium oxide) 3 for removing NOx functioning as the photocatalyst is retained in the gap 4 formed between the aggregates 2.
