Eine numerische Steuerungsvorrichtung (1) umfasst: eine Steuerungseinheit (102), welche die Bewegung von Achsen einer Werkzeugmaschine (3) mittels eines Positionsbefehls (103) entsprechend einem Bearbeitungsprogramm (101) steuert und Positionsinformationen bezuglich der Achsen erfasst; eine Uberwachungspunktbestimmungseinheit (111), die in Abhangigkeit von einer Art einer Anweisung oder einer Anweisung in Bezug auf eine im Bearbeitungsprogramm beschriebene Verfahrbewegung einen Uberwachungspunkt; den es zu uberwachen gilt, und eine Uberwachungsachse als die zu uberwachende Achse im Bearbeitungsprogramm festlegt; und eine Uberwachungseinheit (113), die anhand der Positionsinformationen (121) am Uberwachungspunkt der Uberwachungsachse uberwacht, ob ein Fehler oder eine Abweichung einen vorbestimmten Grenzwert uberschreitet, wobei die Steuerungseinheit die Bewegung der Achsen anhand des Uberwachungsergebnisses (125) der Uberwachungseinheit steuert, und die numerische Steuerungsvorrichtung ferner eine Analyseeinheit (115) umfasst, die basierend auf den Uberwachungsergebnissen darstellt, ob die Ursache des Fehlers oder der Abweichung ein mechanischer Faktor oder ein steuerungstechnischer Faktor ist, und das Analyseergebnis des Faktors an eine Ausgabeeinheit (116) ausgibt.

Numerical control device

An automatic tool changing method and an automatic tool changing device for a machine tool with a numerical controller capable of reducing the occurrence of impact due to tool exchange with a simple structure. A turret that rotates about a pivot shaft is provided on an arm and holds multiple tools. A swing cam CS that cooperates with a swing roller provided on the turret is provided on a spindle head. As the spindle head descends the turret rotates due to the action of the swing roller and the cam CS and exchanges tools. In order to lessen the impact that occurs at this time, the velocity of the spindle head is controlled by the numerical controller. The ideal swing velocity pattern for the turret is obtained, and from this swing velocity pattern the swing position of the turret at each moment is obtained. From the swing roller and cam CS positions at this position the position of the spindle head (34) is obtained. From the acquired spindle head position the spindle head velocity pattern is obtained, and the spindle head is controlled using this velocity pattern. As a result, an ideal swing pattern can be achieved, and therefore no impact arises.

Automatic tool changing method and device for machine tool controlled by numerical controller

An automatic tool changer in which the load produced when a turret is rotation-driven is reduced, and abrasion in the balls and the like of a speed reducer, and mal-distribution of an axial pressing force are prevented. The speed reducer that drives the turret in the automatic tool changer is constructed by superposing a driving plate, a holder, and a driven plate in the order named. In the driven plate fitted with tools, there is formed a ball groove in a concave-convex shape having the number of cycles corresponding to the number of the tools. In the driving plate, there is provided a ball groove obtained by enlarging the ball groove of the driven plate in the angular direction and copying two cycles. The holder is provided with a plurality of guide holes in the radial direction, which hold their respective balls. The driving plate is rotated by spindle rotation, and the driven plate is driven at a reduced speed of (the number of tools/2) through the balls. It is possible to reduce the load by setting the ball groove of the driven plate at the optimum pressure angle. The balls are dispersed, so that the axial pressure is even, to thereby reduce the abrasion of the balls and ball grooves, and the like.

SOLUTION: In this cleaning device for a machine tool applied to a machine tool including a tool replacing mechanism for replacing a tool 6 fitted to a spindle 2, a plurality of cleaning nozzles 30 are formed in a spindle cap 20 fixed to the tip end face of a spindle head 4, and the liquid coolant is injected with a gradient like a coolant jet A from the cleaning nozzles 30 to the tool 6 moving toward a taper engagement hole 2a of the spindle 2. An air blowout hole 38 is formed in a part corresponding to the inner peripheral surface of the spindle cap 20 positioned on the inside diameter side from the plurality of cleaning nozzles 30, and a pressurized air flow B forming a cylindrical air curtain crosses the liquid coolant injected from the plurality of cleaning nozzles 30. Cleaning device for machine tool

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for cleaning the inside of a machine tool provided with a tool turret which can remove chips adhered to various parts of a working chamber with a small amount of a working liquid or an air flow, with little increase of machine costs.SOLUTION: In a machine inside cleaning apparatus, a nozzle for a working liquid or pressure air is provided in an indexing rotary part of a tool turret, and, when work machining is not performed, chips are removed by directing the nozzle toward parts to which chips adhere, through movement of a cutter holder attached with the tool turret and rotation of the indexing rotary part and spraying a working liquid or pressure air. Almost all parts of the inside of the working chamber can be cleaned by providing, in the tool turret, a nozzle which is rotatable around a shaft orthogonal to the movement plane of the cutter holder.

Machine inside cleaning apparatus for machine tool

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake disk for a rotary table having a structure by which torque applied to a motor by the elastic deformation of the brake disk is not more than the continuous torque of the motor.SOLUTION: The brake disk 6a has the same radius shape around a center axis 39, and includes a through-hole 30 provided at the center, mounting holes 34 provided at the inner peripheral part 31, and abrasive grains stuck to the outer peripheral part 33. The mounting holes 34 are arranged evenly around the center axis to keep balance, and a plurality of rigidity adjusting holes 35 are disposed evenly around the center axis in an intermediate part 32 to weaken the torsional rigidity of the brake disk 6a to a certain extent. Consequently, even if the abrasive grains stuck to the outer peripheral part 33 are drawn into the last mark formed on the surface of a mating member, the brake disk 6a is elastically deformed (twisted) to absorb the draw-in.

SOLUTION: The rotary table driven by a direct drive motor having a clamp mechanism that is fixed to a motor output shaft to hold an index table at a stop position, comprises: a swing motion commanding means (S106) repeatedly commanding a forward or reverse rotation to the direct drive motor via a torque command, etc; and a clamp condition confirmation means that is able to confirm a clamp condition based on a judgment result (S108) of whether positional deviation information is within an allowable swinging range, the positional deviation information being obtained based on position information output from a position detection device mounted on the motor, and that is further able to execute a swing motion command to carry out the following judgment and confirmation repeatedly in the prescribed times according to a timer operation (S111-S113). Rotary table having clamp motion condition confirmation means

PURPOSE:To sufficiently reduce an impact generated during operation to exchange a tool without lowering the operation speed of a spindle head, to increase the speed of tool exchange operation, and to reduce the size of a machine. CONSTITUTION:A turret 38 supported rotatably around a given rotary shaft 18 is provided. A first cam CS to cause rotation of the turret 38 in coordination with a first cam roller 21 rotatably mounted on the back of the turret 38 is provided. A second cam CL and a second cam roller 22, which are served to effect relative vertical movement of the turret 38 based on a spindle head 34 in a direction extending along the center of a main spindle, are provided. When the spindle head 34 performs operation in a vertical direction, a working force is exerted thereon by a second cam roller 22 and link mechanisms 6, 8, 14, and 16 to operate the turret 38 in a direction extending along the center of the main spindle.

Automatic tool exchange device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain shocks due to a tool exchanging action with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this automatic tool exchanger, a turret 38 rotating around a rotary shaft 18 as a center is provided to an arm member 2. The turret 38 holds a plurality of tools. A swing cam CS cooperating with a swing roller 21 installed to the turret 38 is provided to a main shaft head 34. When the main shaft head 34 moves downward, the turret 38 rotates by the actions of the swing roller 21 and the cam CS, and the tool is exchanged under a condition shown in Figure 1. To relax shocks generated at that time, a moving speed of the main shaft head 34 is controlled. An ideal swing speed pattern of the turret 38 is found. The swing position of the turret 38 per time is found from the swing speed pattern. The position of the main shaft head 34 is found from the positions of the swing roller 21 and the cam CS at that position. The speed pattern of the main shaft head is found from the found position of the main shaft head 34, so as to control the main shaft head 34 at this speed pattern. Method for automatically exchanging tool of machine-tool with numerical control device and automatic tool exchanger

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for movement not for cutting. SOLUTION: In a section 2 and a section 5, a previous movement path and fast feeding are connected by a path of fast-feeding axis movement having a previous movement direction and a continuous curved-line part. At this time, the speed is increased up to a fast-feeding speed while the curved-line part is passed through. In the section 2, a connection with a next movement path is made by the path of an end point part of fast-feeding axis movement having next movement and a continuous curved-line part. At this time, the speed is reduced down to the feeding speed of next movement while the curved-line part is passed through. Consequently, no unnecessary temporary stop is made, a machine is not given a shock, and the fast-feeding axis movement can be completed in a short time.
