TL;DR: In this article, the authors used the THERMIX code system to study the ATWS accident of one control rod withdrawal out of the core by a mistake, in which a positive reactivity was inserted and the reactor power increased and the core outlet temperature was greater than 800°C.

Three Design Basis Accidents’ Analysis on the HTR-10GT
TL;DR: In this article, the authors simulated the design basis accidents (DBAs) sequences of the HTR-10GT core with THERMIX, and the simulation results illustrate that the fuel peak temperatures in the core during these accidents are 1066°C, 1201°C and 1067°C.
