TL;DR: In this paper, a method for channel sounding in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system and apparatus for the same is disclosed, where an access point (AP) broadcasts information on a restricted access window, and transmits null data packets (NDPs) for channel estimation in the RAW to a station (STA).
Abstract: A method for channel sounding in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system and apparatus for the same is disclosed. An access point (AP) to perform the method for channel sounding broadcasts information on a restricted access window (RAW) for channel sounding included in a beacon, and transmits null data packets (NDP) for channel estimation in the RAW to a station (STA). The STA estimates channel information based on the NDPs, and transmits the estimated channel information to the AP.

TL;DR: This paper proposes a method that demonstrates such an architecture and calculates the required number of TSVs and has a high repair rate for clustered faults, and wire-length problems are solved using the shift-based repair method.
Abstract: The poor quality of the die stacking process for 3-D integrated circuits can result in the failure of the process in the through-silicon-vias (TSVs) in dense regions. Previous works use the same number of redundant TSVs and architectures that do not consider the TSV density. A repair architecture and an appropriate number of redundant TSVs, which are chosen considering the TSV density, are required for an improved repair rate. This paper proposes a method that demonstrates such an architecture and calculates the required number of TSVs. The method has a high repair rate for clustered faults, and wire-length problems are solved using the shift-based repair method.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method and a device for carrying out sector training operation through an access point AP, which consists of transmitting a beacon frame comprising restricted access window (RAW) allocation information, wherein the RAW allocation information comprises allocation information for a sector detection (RED) and a sector reporting (RAW).
Abstract: The invention provides a method and a device for carrying out sector training operation through an access point AP. The method comprises: transmitting a beacon frame comprising restricted access window (RAW) allocation information, wherein the RAW allocation information comprises allocation information for a sector detection (RAW) and a sector reporting (RAW); transmitting at least one frame in the form of a data-protocol-free NDP for sector training in the sector detection RAW; and receiving at least one feedback frame from the station STA in the sector reporting RAW, wherein each feedback frame comprises a selected sector identification ID.
