TL;DR: In this paper, the optimal injection molding conditions for minimum shrinkage were determined by the Taguchi, experimental design and the analysis of variance (ANOVA) methods, and the neural network (NN) model was generated and was shown to be an efficient predictive tool for shrinkage.

Effects of cutting parameters on tool wear in drilling of polymer composite by Taguchi method

TL;DR: In this paper, a tool wear analysis of sheet molding compound (SMC) composite was performed under different cutting speeds, feeds, and drill point angles, and a model was generated and a good approximation was achieved in the comparison of the experimental data and the predicted data obtained from the model.
