The present invention relates to a method for separating a blast furnace gas, comprising the steps of: producing oxygen-enriched air having an oxygen concentration of at least 25 vol%; blowing the oxygen-enriched air into a blast furnace through tuyeres provided in a lower part of the blast furnace; and generating a reformed blast furnace gas by separating and removing carbon dioxide and nitrogen in a blast furnace gas discharged from a blast furnace top; and further comprising the step of introducing the reformed blast furnace gas serving as a fuel gas into a fuel gas compressor of a gas turbine combined power generation facility and burning the reformed blast furnace gas with a burner of the gas turbine combined power generation facility to generate power.

Provided is a method and apparatus for separating blast furnace gas in which blast furnace gas emitted from a blast furnace is separated into gases that comprise various elements, by means of two stages of a gas separation and refinement apparatus. First, the first stage of the gas separation and refinement apparatus separates the blast furnace gas into: a gas comprising H2, N2, and unavoidable impurity gas components; a gas comprising N2 and unavoidable impurity gas components; a gas comprising N2, CO, CO2 and unavoidable impurity gas components; and a gas comprising CO, CO2, and unavoidable impurity gas components. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of shipping/supplying a liquefied gas by using a portable liquefied gas container and a fixed tank. SOLUTION: A liquefied gas is shipped or supplied via a flexible hose, connected to the portable liquefied gas container, and the liquefied gas is transferred with a filling switch valve piped to the fixed tank and properly connected thereto. When the portable liquefied gas container is transported, a remaining liquid in the container is transferred to the fixed tank before transportation to clear the container.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for separating and recovering carbon monoxide in raw gas by which even if the concentration of CO in raw gas lowers, reduction in the amount of supplied gas can be suppressed. SOLUTION: When the concentration of CO in raw gas lowers to a substandard level, the amount of raw gas introduced is increased and its cycle time is made longer to raise the concentration of CO in product gas. Even if the concentration of CO in product gas does not still reach a standard level, the amount of purge gas is not increased at once. With the view to a margin for the concentration of CO in a supply gas tank, only when the concentration of CO does not exceed the standard level even by mixing the gas in the supply gas tank with the product gas, then, the amount of purge gas is increased. Since the amount of purge gas is not unnecessarily increased, even if the concentration of CO in raw gas lowers, reduction in the amount of supplied gas can be suppressed. Method for separating and recovering carbon monoxide in raw gas

PURPOSE: To shorten regeneration time by further heating low purity nitrogen for regenerating an adsorber heated by feed air on the outlet side of a feed air compressor of an air liquefying separator. CONSTITUTION: At first, feed air is compressed by an air compressor 1. Then, the compressed air exchanges its heat with low temp and, low purity gaseous nitrogen separated by liquefaction from an air liquefying separator 6 in a heat exchanger 2. The cooled air is sent through a water cooling column 3 to an adsorber 4 in which moisture and carbon dioxide in the air are eliminated and removed. Then, liquefying separation of the air is performed in the air liquefying separator 1. On the other hand, the low purity gaseous nitrogen subjected to heat exchange in the heat exchanger 2 is further heated in a regenerating gas heater 5 and sent to the adsorber 4, and after regeneration is performed there, it is discharged to the outside. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the output of a gas turbine so as to reduce power generation costs by spraying liquid oxygen to the suction side of the combustion air compressor of the gas turbine and mixing it with compressed air. SOLUTION: Liquid oxygen in a liquid oxygen storage tank 1 for storing liquid oxygen by utilizing surplus power or the like at night is supplied to an oxygen mixing device 4 to be mixed with air, and obtained mixed gas is sprayed from an injection nozzle to the suction side of a combustion air compressor 6. High-pressure combustion compressed air thereby obtained is supplied to a combustor 8 together with fuel gas boosted from a fuel gas compressor 7. A gas turbine 9 is driven by high-pressure gas generated in this combustor 8 and, by the power thereof, a generator 5 is driven together with the combustion air compressor 6 and the fuel gas compressor 7. A waste heat recovery boiler 10 is arranged in the rear stage of the gas turbine 9, a steam turbine 11 is driven by generated steam and motive power is transmitted to the generator 5.
