The invention relates to an external-opened retractable bilge keel. A main body structure comprises two parts of a fixed shell structure (2) and a rotary shell structure (1), wherein after being closed, the two parts are in a flat shape; front and tail ends of the main body structure is shaped like a streamline; the fixed shell structure (2) is fixedly connected with a bilge strake (3); the rotary shell structure (1) is connected with the fixed shell structure (2) through a rotating shaft system; and the rotating shaft system is used for opening and closing the shell structure (1). The external-opened retractable bilge keel provided by the invention is advantaged in that the rolling damping of a ship can be increased, the rolling of the ship is effectively reduced and the rolling stability is enhanced.

The invention aims to disclose a suspended basket type seawater tank. The suspended basket type seawater tank comprises a tank body, wherein a barrel is arranged at the top of the tank body; the top of the barrel is connected with a main deck of a ship; a circular grille is arranged at the bottom of the tank body; a suspended basket type cylindrical framework is arranged inside the tank body; a filter cylinder is arranged on the cylindrical framework; a locking device is arranged at the upper part of the cylindrical framework; and a seawater main pipe is connected with the side surface of the tank body. Compared with the prior art, the suspended basket type seawater tank overcomes the disadvantages that a common seawater tank has a poor filtering effect and is difficult to clean when the ship works in a water area where the amount of impurities is high, has the advantages of simple structure, convenience for cleaning, improvement on ship work efficiency, applicability of working in severe water areas and the like, and realizes the purpose provided by the invention.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin mechanism capable of restraining turning round moment by changing the area of a fin according to the condition of a hull and decreasing the distance between the lateral water pressure center and the center of gravity. SOLUTION: A fin mechanism 1 is provided with a fixed fin 2 provided on the bottom so that lateral water pressure central position may be close to the center of gravity of a hull S in order to stabilize the course of the hull S, a moving fin 3 for changing the total area to the fixed fin 2 by being vertically moved in relation to the fixed fin 2, and a moving mechanism for vertically moving the moving fin 3.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water intake device capable of suppressing the negative pressure phenomenon even if it is embodied on the sea chest system. SOLUTION: A flow controller 5 is installed at a vessel bottom 2 ahead a sea chest 3. The flow controller 5 has a circular arced surface 5a, and the flow A at the vessel bottom 2 on this surface 5a is partially exfoliated to cause a bend in the flow, and thereby flow Aa is led into the sea chest 3. An opening 6 is formed between the flow controller 5 and vessel bottom 2, and flow Ab having flowed to the opening 6 is led into the sea chest 3. The flow Aa exfoliated on the surface 5a and the flow Ab in the opening 6 are introduced to the sea chest 3 in bent form, and it is possible to suppress the negative pressure phenomenon in the sea chest 3. The flow controller 5 positioned nearer the bow than the sea chest 3 is unlikely damaged and free of vibration, and also free of negative pressure, so that inside the sea chest 3 will not have a resonance phenomenon, and noise source can be nullified from the hull.

SOLUTION: This wave forming device 1 has a cylindrical fixing member 3 which is fixedly disposed within a water tank 2, has a height not to submerge the member fully at the width of the water tank 2 and is opened toward the one wall surface 2b of the water tank 2, a moving member 4 which is inwardly fitted and disposed via a sealing member 3a to the fixing member 3 and forms a wave forming surface 4a opposite to the one wall surface 2b of the water tank 2 and a drive assembly 5 which moves the moving member 4 inward and outward to and from the fixing member 3.
