A Short Review on Copper Calcium Titanate (CCTO) Electroceramic: Synthesis, Dielectric Properties, Film Deposition, and Sensing Application

TL;DR: This review comprehensively focuses on the primary processing routes, effect of impurity, dielectric permittivity, and deposition technique used for the processing of electroceramics along with their chemical composition and micro and nanostructures.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric properties of Nb-doped CaCu3Ti4O12 electroceramics measured at high frequencies

TL;DR: In this article, Nb dopant was introduced into CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) electroceramic in order to improve the dielectric properties, and an X-ray diffractometer analysis proved the formation of a single CCTO phase after sintering at 1040°C for 10h.
Journal ArticleDOI

Assessment of crystallite size and strain of CaCu3Ti4O12 prepared via conventional solid‐state reaction

TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of estimation methods in determining the crystalline size and strain of CaCu3Ti4O12 (CCTO) from XRD peak broadening is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of annealing temperature on the structural, morphology, optical properties and resistivity of sputtered CCTO thin film

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of annealing temperature on the structural, surface morphology, optical properties and resistivity of (CCTO) thin films were investigated, and the X-ray diffractometer results showed that the thin films are polycrystalline in nature and are assigned to body-centered cubic perovskite configuration with a space group of Im-3.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural, surface morphology and optical properties of sputter-coated CaCu3Ti4O12 thin film: Influence of RF magnetron sputtering power

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effect of RF power variations on structural, morphological and optical properties of CaCu 3 Ti 4 O 12 thin film deposited on ITO/glass substrate in a non-reactive atmosphere.
