Complete Low-Intensity Endurance Training Programme in Haemodialysis Patients: Improving the Care of Renal Patients
Vicent Esteve Simó,Anna Junqué,Miquel Fulquet,Verónica Duarte,Anna Saurina,Mónica Pou,Fátima Moreno,Jose Carneiro,Manel Ramírez de Arellano +8 more
TL;DR: The intradialysis training programme improved muscular strength and functional capacity in haemodialysis patients and these results support the benefits of exercise training for HD patients.
Journal Article
[Non-convulsive status epilepticus secondary to adjusted cefepime doses in patients with chronic renal failure].
TL;DR: It is concluded that cefepime treatment can induce a non-convulsive epileptic status in patients with advanced chronic renal failure and pharmacokinetic studies are urgently needed to clearly define the appropriate dose.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efecto de la electroestimulación neuromuscular sobre la fuerza muscular, capacidad funcional y composición corporal en los pacientes en hemodiálisis
Vicent Esteve,Jose Carneiro,Fátima Moreno,Miquel Fulquet,Salud Garriga,Mónica Pou,Verónica Duarte,Anna Saurina,Irati Tapia,Manel Ramírez de Arellano +9 more
TL;DR: La EENM mejoro la fuerza muscular, the capacidad funcional y the composicion muscular del cuadriceps de nuestros pacientes en HD, y podria ser una nueva alternativa terapeutica para evitar the atrofia muscular y el deterioro progresivo of the condicion fisica de estos pacientses.
