Journal ArticleDOI
Oxygen-insensitive nitroreductases: analysis of the roles of nfsA and nfsB in development of resistance to 5-nitrofuran derivatives in Escherichia coli.
TL;DR: It is shown that expression of plasmid-carried nFSA and nfsB genes in resistant mutants restores sensitivity to nitrofurans, and potential regional and sequence-specific determinants for insertion sequence element integration in nfsA and NfsB are discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Global Comprehensive Outlook of Hantavirus Contagion on Humans: A Review.
TL;DR: Serological examinations to identify Hantavirus antibodies have become most popular for in- vestigation among humans and rodent reservoirs.
Journal ArticleDOI
Study of 5-Bromo-2-Thiophene Carboxaldehyde Derived Novel Schiff Baseas a Biologically Active Agent as well as X-Ray Crystallographic Studyof C-S Coupled Benzothiazole
Suvidha Sehrawat,N. Sandhu,Vivek Anand,S. K. Pandey,Ajay Sharma,Rajesh K. Yadav,Ashish Pratap Singh,Atul P. Singh +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a new Schiff base S1 (2-((5-bromothiophen-2-yl)methyleneamino)benzenethiol) via condensation of 5 −bromo-2 -thiophene carboxaldehyde and 2-aminothio-thiophenol was synthesized by a simple and efficient method.
Journal ArticleDOI
A novel pyrene-based Aggregation Induced Enhanced Emission active Schiff base fluorophore as a selective “turn-on” sensor for Sn2+ ions and its application in lung adenocarcinoma cells
Vivek Singh Rana,Vivek Anand,Shashanka Shekhar Sarkar,N. Sandhu,Meenakshi Verma,Srivatsava Naidu,Kamlesh Kumar,Rajesh K. Yadav,Rahul Shrivastava,Atul P. Singh +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a Schiff base, PY-SB (N-((5-bromothiophen-2-yl) methylene) pyrene 2-amine), was used for detecting Sn2+ ion.
Journal ArticleDOI
Topical Advances in Mucoadhesive Ocular Drug Delivery System.
TL;DR: This review has summarized the improvement of drug studies that are currently underway for eye drug carriers along with stages and important aspects of novel drug delivery to the eye.
