TL;DR: In this article, a fitting structure for simplifying an operation of installing and fixing removably at a prescribed position the main body of equipment which washes automatically a heat exchanger provided around a fan of a ceiling buried type air conditioner with a washing liquid jetted from a rotating nozzle.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a fitting structure for simplifying an operation of installing and fixing removably at a prescribed position the main body of equipment which washes automatically a heat exchanger provided around a fan of a ceiling buried type air conditioner with a washing liquid jetted from a rotating nozzle. CONSTITUTION: This fitting structure has a loop-shaped washing liquid receiver frame 1 which reinforces the upper edge part of a funnel-shaped washing liquid receiver 70 suspended just under a ventilating hole (a) provided in a ceiling surface, a bridging member 2 which is so provided as to bridge the frame, an equipment fixing member 3 which is fitted to the bridging member and fixes the main body 30 of the equipment removably to the central part of the washing liquid receiver frame, a motor cover 10 which is fitted to the upper part of the main body of the equipment and covers a fan motor 24, and suspending support members 74 which make the washing liquid receiver frame suspended and supported by an air conditioner or a ceiling structure. The motor cover is stabilized by bringing its top end into contact with a casing of the air conditioner.

TL;DR: In this article, the main body of equipment being installed in the central part of a heat exchanger of a ceiling buried type air conditioner, a pressurized washing liquid is jetted from a rotating type washing nozzle 45 against the Heat Exchanger and thereby an oily stain is washed automatically.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To check simply the degree of consumption of a power supply battery of a motor rotating a washing nozzle, prior to the use of equipment, by detecting that the voltage of the battery driving the motor for rotation drops to a set level or below and by giving information thereon. CONSTITUTION: The main body 30 of equipment being installed in the central part of a heat exchanger of a ceiling buried type air conditioner, a pressurized washing liquid is jetted from a rotating type washing nozzle 45 against the heat exchanger and thereby an oily stain is washed automatically. A voltage drop detecting circuit A detecting that the voltage of a battery 38 driving a motor 36 for rotating the washing nozzle 45 drops to a set level or below, a voltage checkup switch 7 making the voltage drop detecting circuit A operate and a signal generating part 8 giving information on the result of detection by the voltage drop detecting circuit A are provided. Moreover, the voltage drop detecting circuit A, the voltage checkup switch 7 constituting a part of this circuit, the signal generating part 8, etc., are assembled collectively on one base 2 in a waterproof state.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a way to make a stroke of forward-backward movement correspond to various types and sizes of heat exchangers, by providing a switching member which transmits to a switch for switchover the motion of an equipment main body coming into contact with either of contact members in a set.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To make a stroke of forward-backward movement correspond to various types and sizes of heat exchangers, by providing a switching member which transmits to a switch for switchover the motion of an equipment main body coming into contact with either of contact members in a set as it moves forward and backward. CONSTITUTION: A movement direction switching means G is constructed of a switch 20 for switchover fitted on the back side of a base 1, a rod 22 for switchover (switching member) fitted movably right and left in a guide groove so provided as to pierce the base 1 horizontally in the radial direction thereof and a set of contact members which are provided near the opposite ends of a guide rail B respectively and with which the opposite ends of the rod 22 for switchover are brought into contact respectively. The contact members are so constructed as to be slidable along the guide rail B and to be fixed at prescribed slide positions by set screws. According to this constitution, a stroke of forward-backward movement of an equipment main body A can be adapted for length dimensions of individual heat exchangers held in indoor machines of various types.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors propose a mounting structure for a cleaning device of an air conditioner, which can be commonly used in fan motors of different sizes at the time of mounting a device body on the fan motor.
Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a mounting structure for a cleaning device of an air conditioner, which can be commonly used in fan motors of different sizes at the time of mounting a device body on the fan motor, in the device for cleaning a heat exchanger wherein cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the heat exchanger to remove stains of soot on a ceiling recessed air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: This structure is composed of a tubular body 1 outwardly fitted to a vertically disposed fan motor, a securing means 4 for making a top portion of the tubular body detachably engage with an upper peripheral portion of the fan motor and a supporting means for supporting a device body in a bottom portion of the tubular body. The securing means 4 comprises a rubber band of a specified length, an upper hook fastened to a top end of the rubber band so as to be hooked to the upper peripheral portion of the fan motor and a lower hook fastened to a bottom end of the rubber band so as to be hooked to a lower peripheral portion of the tubular body. The tubular body may be of a connected structure wherein a lower small diameter portion and an upper large diameter portion to be outwardly fitted to the fan motor are connected with each other or a flange portion may be protrusively formed on an internal circumference of the bottom end portion.
