PURPOSE:To expedite mass production by performing etching working after applying metallization on a longitudinal oscillation tone piece, a coupling member, a supporting member, and both planes of an outer frame member manufactured integrally, and removing metallizing material leaving input and output electrodes and a required connection path, etc. CONSTITUTION:The longitudinal oscillation tone pieces 36 and 34 on input and output sides connected by the coupling members 36 and 38 are connected by using a photolithographic method, and also, the outer frame member 50, etc., to enclose those members on almost the same plane is formed integrally with a single piezoelectric member 32. Next, the metallization is applied on the longitudinal oscillation tone pieces 32 and 34, the coupling members 36 and 38, the supporting members 40 and 42, and both planes of the outer frame member 50, and also, the etching working is applied on them, then, the metallizing material is removed so as to leave the electrodes 44a, 44b, and 46a, 46b and the required connection paths 72 and 74, etc., at the prescribed parts of the longitudinal oscillation tone pieces 32 and 34 on the output side. In such a way, it is possible to improve the uniformity of characteristic in the mass production.

The invention provides a method for extracting mixed alcohol from waste residues generated in production of natural ferulic acid. The method comprises the following steps of (1) heating, dissolution,and neutralization, (2) filtration, (3) clarification through a ceramic membrane, (4) separation through a heat preservation ultrafiltration membrane, (5) concentration and filtration, (6) degreasing,(7) decolorization, and (8) crystallization separation, specifically, carrying out room-temperature crystallization, low-temperature crystallization, , and room-temperature crystallization after concentration on decolorized liquid respectively, combining crystals obtained by the three times of crystallization, washing, filtering and drying to obtain a mixed alcohol product. According to the method, the hydrolysis waste residues generated in the process of producing the natural ferulic acid by using oryzanol raw materials are comprehensively utilized to a high degree, and finally, the mixed alcohol product consisting of triterpene (alkene) alcohol mainly comprising cycloartenol (alkene) alcohol and sterol is prepared with high yield and high purity; and according to the method, the total content of the mixed alcohol is larger than or equal to 95%, the yield is 70% or above, the triterpene (alkene) alcohol accounts for 40%-60%, the sterol accounts for 35%-50%, the economic value is high, and the color is white.
