Modeling Returns to Education and Labour Market Outcomes of Doctoral Degree Holders in Bulgaria
TL;DR: In this article, the theoretical framework of the so-called Mincerian equations used for modeling returns to education is presented, which allows us to answer the question "What happens to doctoral degrees on the labour market?" and find that a doctoral degree in natural or technical science has a significantly higher pay-off than a degree in social or humanitarian studies.
