TL;DR: The results suggest that TBS is not influenced by the syndesmophytes in opposite to spine BMD and could be measured in this population in addition to the neck BMD to assess the bone fragility.

TL;DR: It is concluded that the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with biologicals improves quality of life significantly and all biological medicines appears not to be note cost-effective due to their high incremental cost-effectiveness ration (ICER).
