Common European Framework of Reference for Languagesの意義を考える : 日本の英語教育関係者の連携のために

According to the Concept of modernization of Russian education accepted by the Ministry of education of Russian Federation the main task of modernization of education is to provide the modern education quality. Nowadays there is a problem of objective assessment of the level of academic achievements of students in higher educational institutions of Russia. In the absence of high-quality test materials one can not speak about the objective assessment of the quality of the results obtained in the educational process. Nowadays there are a lot of researches on the assessment of test tasks in English. The actuality of our work is to develop an algorithm for assessment of the quality of test materials in German to identify the level of formation of different language skills of the students of higher educational institutions in accordance with the Сommon European Framework in knowledge of foreign languages. The article involves the development, experimental testing in forming the mode of the algorithm, which allows to assess the quality of test tasks in German, developed with the requirements of the Common European Framework, verifying its effectiveness on the basis of monitoring data. The results of the research will have practical value: the developed algorithm can be widely used in educational practice. The obtained algorithm will allow improving tests and developing new quality tests, which will be able to assess the level of language skills of students at the end of study of discipline "German language" in different courses of study. Normative documents and certification of test materials will be used to assess the quality of test tasks used in the final assessment of students of higher educational institutions. Assessment of Test Quality in German for Bachelor Students on the Basis of Common European Framework in Foreign Language

In connection with the transition to a two-tier system of training and educational programs development according to the new Federal State Educational Sandards it is necessary to improve measurement and control tools. The article gives special attention to the development of specific diagnostic tests for monitoring competences formation. The main objective of such tests is that the student, performing suggested tasks, is involved into active thinking and is to make informed decisions when problems occur. Their main aim is not to measure the relevant knowledge but to assess his level of understanding and professional thinking. The research work is relevant due to contradiction between the necessity to control the level of different competences formation and insufficient development of techniques for their assessment. The article presents an algorithm for development of tests in foreign languages, taking into account the provisions of the Common European competences. The paper is concerned with the possibilities the learning management system Moodle in the control of competencies formation of bachelor students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages by means of modern facilities. Built-in test system in Moodle provides a great opportunity for creating on-line tests with the following approaches: direct addition of the test in the course, followed by the supplement of test items, and creating new test based on a bank of questions.

Control of Competences Formation of Foreign Language Bachelor Students on the Basis of LMS Moodle

Self-identification occupies an important place in a person's life. School years determine the choice of a future profession. Practice shows that school leavers often choose a profession under the influence of random factors. To avoid this mistake, it is advisable to start work on activating the professional selfidentification of students at the moment when they show their first professional interests at the age of 7-11. During this period the foundations for professional self-identification are laid, such as the development of the intellectual and emotional-volitional sphere, the formation of ideas about the world of professions, the development of self -reflection and self-understanding skills, which serve as the basis for the development of an idea about oneself. The purpose of activating the professional self-identification of students is to broaden the understanding of the world of professions and foster respect for work and diligence by involving students in practical activities. In this regard, it is necessary to use all the possibilities of the educational process. The research methods used in this article, such as studying the literature on the problem and the experience of school teachers, questioning, analyzing and synthesizing, allow us to say that the professional orientation of students is a propaedeutic stage of professional self-identification. The optimal condition for activating the professional self-identification of students is the organization of extracurricular activities. Systemic extra-curricular work in the form of thematic form periods, extra-curricular activities on school subjects, excursions to enterprises, joint project activity of students and their parents, students’ participation in additional education all this provides conditions for their self-knowledge, selfrealization and self-identification. The most effective methods of education in students’ extra-curricular activities are playing games, doing exercises, conversations, and encouragement. In the course of extracurricular activities, schoolchildren show cognitive, creative, sports and social activity and through fantasy and experiments they learn to reflect on their future.
