TL;DR: A scleroderma patient with recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding due to multiple peptic ulcers is described, in which vagotomy, pyloroplasty, and cholocystectomy were performed and subcutaneous somatostatin was administered to discontinue the recurrent bleeding and stabilize her clinical condition.

Is polydipsia sometimes the cause of oxcarbazepine-induced hyponatremia?
TL;DR: The case of a 28-year-old woman with a diagnosis of secondary antiphospholipid syndrome who presented with asymptomatic hyponatremia secondary to excessive water intake after oxcarbazepine ingestion is reported, suggesting a new mechanism for oxcarbzepine-induced hypon atremia.

TL;DR: It is confirmed that better patient selection can increase the ability of standard echocardiography to replace repeat catheterization in selected patients with CTD-PAH, and echOCardiography can predict PASP deterioration with high specificity and negative predictive value.
