Journal ArticleDOI

Fast and efficient separation of immunoglobulin M from immunoglobulin G using short monolithic columns

TL;DR: In this paper, different ion-exchange methacrylate monoliths were tested for the separation of immunoglobulin G (IgG) and IgM. The strong anion exchange column had the highest dynamic binding capacity reaching more than 20 mg of IgM/ml of support.
Journal ArticleDOI

Anion-exchange chromatography using short monolithic columns as a complementary technique for human serum albumin depletion prior to human plasma proteome analysis

TL;DR: It has been shown that anion-exchange and affinity chromatography using convective interaction media monolithic columns can represent an efficient complementary technique for human serum albumin and immunoglobulin G removal from human plasma.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development and characterization of methacrylate-based hydrazide monoliths for oriented immobilization of antibodies.

TL;DR: This work focuses on the development of novel CIM hydrazide (HZ) monoliths for the oriented immobilization of antibodies for convective interaction media use in affinity chromatography.
