The method involves arranging a vertically oriented stack on removable lower cleats (2, 2'). An upper fraction (Ps) of the stack is lifted to form a lower fraction (Pi) that always has same number of trays (1). Compressed air is injected between two bottommost trays in the lower fraction to separate two trays. Removable separators (4, 4') are inserted to support the trays placed above the lowest tray (1'). The cleats are retracted. The air is injected between the bottommost trays to eject the lowest tray. The cleats are re-inserted. The separators are retracted. The fractions are regrouped. An independent claim is also included for a device for de-stacking trays.

The present invention relates to a device (1) for separating into stacks (4) provided discs (2) of food with a shaft (6) for receiving the stack (4) of discs (2) and guide the discs (2) in a feed direction (7) and an ejector (15) which at the end of the shaft (6) is arranged and which is substantially orthogonal to the shaft (6) having a movable plunger (17) for ejecting one of the discs (2). This invention relates to an apparatus and a method for unstacking preformed products (2), for example packaging units, stacked in a stack, these products comprising for example planar parts (4) and projecting parts (3) which are all stacked onto and into each other in line, wherein the method comprises, - placing a gripper with at least a single suction cup unit (51)of flexible material, more particularly a suction mouth thereof, on a planar product part (4) of such a product, - suction-engaging such a product, - conveying the product to a delivery location, and - releasing the product, wherein upon suction the planar product part (4) is pulled against a plate (55) which is part of the apparatus. It has been found that in this way in a suitable manner stacks of flexible and thin-walled packaging units can be unstacked, without the stack being disturbed or the packaging unit taken off being damaged or being picked up in the wrong position.

Apparatus for unstacking packaging units

The machine has a conveyor (2) to receive encased components after they are drawn by an individual separation unit (5). The unit (5) is constituted by a piercing and maintenance unit (6) to pierce and maintain lower end of the components. A separation and detaching unit (7) separates the last component. The invention discloses a frame separating method and a frame separating mechanism of the frame separating method. According to the frame separating method, a first frame separating mechanical arm anda second frame separating mechanical arm are arranged on the two sides of a pile of stacked distribution case frames correspondingly, wherein the first frame separating mechanical arm and the secondframe separating mechanical arm each comprise a suspension support and a lifting mechanism arranged on the suspension support; each lifting mechanism is connected with a lower horizontal air cylinder,a piston rod of each lower horizontal air cylinder is provided with a clamping and supporting block. During frame separating, the lifting mechanisms and the lower horizontal air cylinders mutually cooperate and act, so that distribution case frames stacked into a pile are mutually separated. The frame separating method and the frame separating mechanism of the frame separating method can achieveautomatic frame separation and improve the work efficiency, the structure is simple, and frame separating is accurate.
