Pendidikan merupakan bagian penting dalam setiap kehidupan dalam hal ini memajukan suatu peradaban manusia. Begitupun di Indonesia dengan kemajemukannya, pendidikan menjadi hal yang penting bagi kemajuan bangsa. Namun, pendidikan di Indonesia masih berpatokan pada corak pendidikan barat. Hal tersebut juga merambah pada Pendidikan agama dalam hal ini Pendidikan Kristen yang secara historis kekristenan berkembang pada waktu zaman penjajahan. Pendidikan Kristen yang hadir berwawasan barat serta bercorak esklusif dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang plural. Oleh karena itu, Pendidikan Kristen perlu untuk mengalami transformasi agar sesuai dengan konteks kebangsaan Indonesia yang majemuk. Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian studi kepustakaan, melalui pengkajian serta perumusan konsep pendidikan kristen yang ditransformasi dalam konteks kebangsaan Indonesia. Melalui paparan dalam pembahasan dapat dikatakan bahwa transformasi Pendidikan Kristen konteks kebangsaan Indonesia bersifat inklusif, dialogis, serta menghargai, menghormati berbagai macam latar belakang budaya lokal, agama di Indonesia. Melalui transformasi, identitas pendidikan kristen menjadi orisinil Indonesia yang menghargai kemajemukan serta tidak lagi terkukung oleh corak doktrinal esklusif barat. Transformasi pendidikan kristen dalam konteks Indonesia juga menekankan nilai Pancasila sebagai identitas bersama dan juga kerukunan sebagai dasar pembelajaran, serta secara teologis menghadirkan cinta kasih bagi sesama dalam pemberitaan Injil.

Transformasi Pendidikan Kristen dalam Konteks Kebangsaan Indonesia

In Indonesia, education has many problems to take into consideration. One of them is that SMP ( Sekolah Menengah Pertama /Junior high school) graduates could not continue to SMA ( Sekolah Menengah Atas /Senior high school) level. This research was aimed at investigating accurate data and information regarding strategic management administered by education and culture office of Sukabumi city in improving educational participation. This research applies strategic management model proposed by Hunger-Wheelen. This study was qualitative using case study. Data were collected using interview, documentation, and observation. The Education and Culture Office of Sukabumi City had no specific vision and mission for the implementation of 12-year secondary education. The strategies included providing financial support in many programs like kartu pintar , Direct Help Card, and scholarships for poor families. The implementations were based on programs, budgets and procedures. In general, the implementation had been successful but it has two programs which had not succeeded namely retrieval program and program to support student who were prone to drop out. Strategy evaluation was done according to the system, types, and the management.

Strategic Management in Increasing Educational Participation for 12-year Compulsory Education

Learning is the primary task of every student. However, there are many factors responsible for the success or failure such as anxiety, which is the unpleasant feeling of worry, concern, and fear. Therefore this study aims to measure students' anxiety levels in learning and determine efforts to overcome this condition. This is a quantitative descriptive study, with data collected from 192 students using anxiety instruments. The results showed that most students' anxiety levels were in the normal category,  this is because the majority chooses to confide in their close friends.

Pendidikan merupakan proses yang dilalui sebagai bentuk peningkatan kualitas manusia. Dalam suatu negara peningkatan mutu pendidikan sangat penting. Jika mutu pendidikan suatu negara semakin berkembang maka kualitas manusia juga akan meningkat. Dalam proses mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional dibutuhkan seorang pembimbing yang disebut sebagai guru atau tenaga pendidik. Tenaga pendidik merupakan seseorang yang memiliki peranan penting dalam proses kemajuan mutu pendidikan. Seorang tenaga pendidik harus memiliki banyak kemampuan, selain itu tenaga pendidik juga harus memiliki sikap tauladan yang baik untuk peserta didiknya (Leonard, 2015). Trilogi pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara merupakan sebuah semboyan pendidikan yang dicetuskan oleh beliau. Semboyan ini tidak hanya berupa semboyan, tetapi memiliki makna yang begitu mendalam terutama bagi pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan adanya penerapan trilogi pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara untuk tenaga pendidik ini diharapkan kualitas pendidik di Indonesia semakin baik, sehingga mutu pendidikan di Indonesia juga lebih meningkat di setiap tahunnya.

Implementasi trilogi pendidikan ki hajar dewantara untuk tenaga pendidik di indonesia

The purpose of this research and development was to develop an instructional media assisted by PowToon application in a contextual learning approach on statistical material for eighth-grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kalianda and MTs Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. The study was conducted to test the feasibility and attractiveness of the developed learning media. ADDIE model was used as the development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The developed media was categorized as feasible based on media and material expert validation. Sixty respondents on a small scale and large scale trials stated that the developed learning media was very interesting with the obtained percentage of 87%. It can be concluded that the developed media produced good results in its implementation.

Developing mathematics video assisted by powtoon application in contextual learning approach

Education is the most important thing for every country to moving forward. Great country will put education as its first priority, because with education, the poverty of the people in the nation will change become prosperity. However, in the progress, education in Indonesia has to face several problems in every phase. Those problems only can solve with participations from all that contributors in education system, such as parent, teachers, headmasters, societies, and also the student themselves. In input phase, parent have big contribute to introduce good values to their children. Parent have big responsible to educate their kids with leadership values, so that they have enough preparation to become a early birth leader when they get into formal institution, which is school. In process phase, the parent with headmaster and teachers, together reinforce the student to live commonly with good values of leadership through organization culture in the school. Finally, in output phase, the student have to face so many challenge in reality world. The student that already passed previous phase with good values will grow become a great leader for this country. Keywords: education, leadership, organization culture

Meretas permasalahan pendidikan di indonesia

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring pada awal pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia yaitu pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2020. Selain juga tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang mahasiswa alami pada pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan angket berbentuk google form yang disebar melalui platform aplikasi Whatsapp. Angket disebar pada bulan April 2020. Data dari dianalisa dengan menggunakan tabel tabulasi silang dua arah untuk menunjukkan kecenderungan yang terjadi. Peneliti juga melakukan studi literatur untuk menguatkan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran secara online memiliki beragam manfaat sekaligus juga kekurangan. Menariknya, penelitian ini menemukan kecenderungan-kecenderungan perbedaan persepsi antara mahasiswa dengan mempertimbangkan kluster wilayah responden penelitian.

Persepsi Dini Mahasiswa terhadap Pembelajaran Daring pada Masa Awal Pandemi COVID-19

The internet of thing’s centered 4.0 technology revolution changed the face of education. It also encourages the occurrence of decoupling phenomenon. This is when the education can be done everywhere and anywhere. With the challenge, the change becomes inevitability when the world is confronted with a pandemic Covid-19. Descriptive quantitative analysis in this study examines student’s perceptions in the Faculty of Language and Arts Indraprasta PGRI University about the conditions, situations, and event during the online learning. The number of samples in this study were 170 active student’s  of the bachelor first class program of Indonesian Language Education school year 2020/2021 which has a special English courses during online learning due to pandemic.The data collections thecnique used is questionnaire throught Google form. The results of the study also showed that 98% of lecturers' perceptions of competence were positive, which means that lecturers' competences are believed to have a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously and 95.9% of perceptions of facilities and infrastructure also showed positive results, which means that students believe that aspects of facilities and infrastructure are one of the elements. That affects the learning process and outcomes.

Persepsi Mahasiswa terhadap Pembelajaran Daring pada Mata Kuliah Bahasa Inggris di Era Pandemi

This community service activity was carried out in order to provide education to students at Leppesa 2 High School about the importance of having a growth mindset. The school, which is located in Cililin, West Bandung, is located on a hill and in the middle of rice fields. To reach the location, we have to go through steep and rocky roads. This school is the only high school in the area. This school was founded because of the desire of the Head of SMA Leppesa 2 so that students who graduated from Junior High School (SMP) could still go to school. So far, many students only go to junior high school because of the distance to Cililin public high school. For this reason, with all his efforts, the Principal of Leppesa 2 High School, eliminated fees for students. It is intended that parents do not feel heavy-hearted to send their children to high school. Despite the risks, the school principal has to sacrifice his salary and certification fees for teacher salaries and additional school infrastructure.

Edukasi Pentingnya Memiliki Growth Mindset pada Peserta Didik di SMA Leppesa 2 Cililin Bandung Barat

Youth Masjid Sofwatul Ummah is an organization which is located at Sofwatul Mosque in Kp. Prepet RT 007, RW 04, Pegadungan Village, District, West The organization has a membership of 30 people with an average age of 15-17 years for the 2019-2023 period. Based on the interviews, it is discovered if partner members had low interest in continuing their education to higher education. Based on these findings, the Team carried out educational activities for partners to increase partners' understanding of the role of universities in the formation of the golden generation. The method used in this civil service was lecturing and discussion through a synchronous virtual meeting. Partner. The activity was held on October 16, 2021, which was attended by 11 members. The results show an increasing interest to continue education to the tertiary level as indicated by a questionnaire before and after the activity.
