A Low-Profile Dual-Band Dual-Polarized Antenna With an AMC Reflector for 5G Communications

TL;DR: A low-profile dual-band dual-polarized antenna with an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) reflector that can be used alone for 5G indoor base station, or as the element of an array for5G outdoor base station is proposed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Compact broadband circularly polarized UHF RFID tag antenna for metallic mounting

TL;DR: In this article, a broadband ultra-high frequency (UHF) radio frequency identification (RFID) tag antenna of compact size mounted on a metallic object in a near field communication (NFC) RFID system is presented.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

A Dual-band Dual-polarized Antenna with AMC Reflector for 5G Base Stations

TL;DR: In this paper, a dual-band dual-polarized low-profile antenna with an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) reflector is proposed for 5G base stations, where the antenna consists of a pair of crossed dualband rectangular dipoles and an AMC reflector, which operates as the perfect magnetic conductor in the lower band and the perfect electric conductor (PEC) in the upper band.
