Secure NoSQL for the Social Networking and E-Commerce Based Bigdata Applications Deployed in Cloud

The benefits that Internet-based applications and services have given to the end user with today’s cloud computing technology are very remarkable. The distributed services instantly scaled over the Internet provided by cloud computing can be achieved by using some mechanisms in the background. It is a critical task for end users to control access to resources because lack of control often leads to security risks. In addition, this may cause systems to fail. This paper describes seven different access control mechanisms used in cloud computing platforms for different purposes. Besides, the advantages and disadvantages of various models developed from previous service-based architectures and used for cloud computing are detailed and classified. During the assessments, NIST’s metrics were taken as a reference, and in the study, 109 articles from the past decade were examined.We also compared our research with the existing survey papers.

Survey on Access Control Mechanisms in Cloud Computing

Big Data is used by data miner for analysis purpose which may contain sensitive information. During the procedures it raises certain privacy challenges for researchers. The existing privacy preserving methods use different algorithms that results into limitation of data reconstruction while securing the sensitive data. This paper presents a clustering based privacy preservation probabilistic model of big data to secure sensitive information..model to attain minimum perturbation and maximum privacy. In our model, sensitive information is secured after identifying the sensitive data from data clusters to modify or generalize it.The resulting dataset is analysed to calculate the accuracy level of our model in terms of hidden data, lossed data as result of reconstruction. Extensive experiements are carried out in order to demonstrate the results of our proposed model. Clustering based Privacy preservation of individual data in big data with minimum perturbation and successful reconstruction highlights the significance of our model in addition to the use of standard performance evaluation measures.

Clustering based Privacy Preserving of Big Data using Fuzzification and Anonymization Operation

Improving side information quality has been a research focus for distributed video coding in the last years However, without access to the current frame, the common used motion-compensated temporal interpolation (MCTI) in spatial domain at the DVC decoder meets a hard challenge This paper introduces a novel MCTI-ODWT algorithm to generate better side information frame, which utilizes overcomplete discrete wavelet transform (ODWT) not only to reduce the noise caused by dense motion field error, but also to avoid the noise resulted from the sensitivity of high frequency components to the inaccurate motion vectors by using the mean square error of difference between the adjacent decoded frames as a judge of which subbands level MCTI is applied to The analysis and experimental results both show that the proposed algorithm is effective to produce better SI frame than MCTI in spatial domain with a gain up to 4dBs

Reducing the Motion-Compensated Temporal Interpolation Noise of DVC Side Information by ODWT

HBase is a widely used distributed and column-oriented database based on HADOOP and HDFS. But it still has some shortcomings in storing and sharing data. In order to upgrade the security level of HBase, this paper proposes a finegrained access control framework which extends the access control permissions according to the atomic operations of HBase. Meanwhile, we use XACML for permissions implementation which provides RBAC and Role-Inheritance and guarantees permissions management more conveniently. From the experiment, it shows that the fine grained access control for HBase is practical and the increased overload can almost be ignored while executing the permissions matching.

HBase fine grained access control with extended permissions and inheritable roles

K-anonymity and its successors, like l-diversity and t-closeness, are the most popular approaches for privacy preserving data publishing. However, each method has relatively high information loss and computational complexity. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a fuzzy set based anonymity algorithm, where numerical data are transformed to linguistic data and sensitive data are published in conjunction with fuzzy draft rate. The experimental results show that the fuzzy based algorithm performs better than that of the k-anonymity method from the points of information loss and execution performance. The information loss of the fuzzy based algorithm has been reduced by 40%∼50% and the execution time reduced by 48%∼59%.

Fuzzy set based data publishing for privacy preservation

On the basis of introducing our knowledge collaborative processing model (KCPM) to support spatial domain problem solving, this study puts forward a self-adaptive QoS structure oriented to spatial knowledge mining, collaborative management, composite model resource sharing and real-time data resource sharing in the spatial domain. Then, we put our further research on knowledge collaborative processing mechanism and active control tactics for the spatial domain problem distributed solving, which will help to realize the collaborative processing mode on spatial domain model resource and data resource sharing under the computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) environment. Furthermore, take the spatial pilot intelligent assistant (PIA) as an example, this study develops a QoS-driven engine for knowledge collaborative processing platform oriented to spatial complicated problem solving. Therefore, the capability of spatial multi-dimension collaborative communications and commands controlling on solving spatial domain problem is highly enhanced, so that the effective strategic active status will be rapidly achieved in the future spatial domain applications.
