Abstract: Bilateral spontaneous pneumothoraces are uncommon complications of metastatic pulmonary disease especially antedating frank metastases or developing as a complication of chemotherapy. It is seen more often in osteogenic sarcoma and uncommon in extra gonadal germ cell tumour. It may correct spontaneously or need tube drainage.
