TL;DR: A case of dermatomyositis classified as hypomyopathic is described, presenting specific skin lesions, interstitial lung disease, and presence of anti-MDA5 antibody that had a favorable response to combined treatment with cyclophosphamide, gamma globulin and corticosteroids.
