An execution architecture, a development architecture and an operations architecture for a netcentric computing system. The execution architecture contains common, run-time services required when an application executes in the netcentric computing system. The development architecture is the production environment for one or several systems development projects as well as for maintenance efforts. The purpose of the development environment is to support the tasks involved in the analysis, design, construction, and maintenance of business systems, as well as the associated management processes. It is important to note that the environment should adequately support all the development tasks, not just the code/compile/test/debug cycle. The operations architecture is a combination of tools and support services required to keep a production system up and running efficiently.

The memory includes instructions for processing the sensor signal derived from the at least one environmental parameter of the space external to the system and the memory including a web server application. The at least one port is responsive to the microprocessor. The web server application is configured to provide a webpage associated with the sensor signal via the at least one port.

Method and system for monitoring computer networks and equipment

A maintenance and management method of equipment for production operations, comprising: obtaining machinery component defect data by inspecting the equipment; performing countermeasures and inspections based on these data; obtaining defect frequency data and inspection standards data, classifying the defects of the equipment by importance; repeating an overall inspection based on the defect frequency data until the defect frequency data of all defect locations have lowered to a standard value or lower; then, producing operating standards data based on inspection standards data; and performing maintenance and management by individually feeding back the operating standards data to each operator, and a maintenance and management support system used for performing the method. The above maintenance and management method changes the forced deterioration of equipment to natural deterioration and standardizes the skill and knowledge level of each operator about the production machinery. Therefore, the service life of machinery components is extended and the time and cost necessary for maintenance and management can be reduced.

A computerized maintenance management system for the process control environment which integrates a CMMS system (110) with a process control system (134). The system includes configurator software which allows users to link process control data and maintenance management data (190) using a graphical user interface (130). Integration provides the ability to identify conditions requiring work order response and to either automatically respond to such conditions or to notify plant operators and engineers of required actions. The integrated system can easily associate work orders, maintenance history and equipement health with operational assets using process control objects such as motors, valves, pumps, alarms, and other device display icons.
