Dysmenorrhea is a form of pain that occurs during menstruation and manifests as abdominal pain. 90 percent of the 1,769,425 women in the study had dysmenorrhea, with 10-15 percent of whom had serious dysmenorrhea. Endocrine conditions, organic, constitutional, allergies, age at first menstruation 12 years, long menstrual cycle (greater than 7 days), heavy menstrual bleeding, and so on are risk factors for primary dysmenorrhea. The aim of this study at the Sabilurrosyad Gasek Islamic Boarding School in Malang was to see how the menstrual cycle, sleep quality, and nutritional status affect primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. The research tool used in this analysis is correlational research with a cross sectional design approach. Purposive sampling was used to select 75 young women. To collect research data, a questionnaire/questionnaire was distributed. Spearman's rho test was used as bivariate analysis, and logistic regression test was used as multivariate analysis. The results showed that the menstrual cycle and primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls had a significant relationship (0.000 0.05) with a strong relationship (0.771). Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between sleep quality and primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls (0.034 0.05) (0.246 is weak), but there is no relationship between nutritional status and primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls (0.364 greater than 0.05), (0.106 is very weak). However, there was no significant relationship between the three independent variables in the multivariate analysis, with an EXP (B) value of 0.012 menstrual cycles.
Abstrak: Dismenore merupakan nyeri yang terjadi pada waktu menstruasi memiliki tanda seperti rasa sakit di abdomen perut. Kejadian dismenore di alami oleh 90 persen dari 1.769.425 wanita, dimana 10-15 persen wanita mengalami dismenore berat. Terdapat beberapa faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan dismenore primer yaitu kelainan endokrin, organik, konstitusi, alergi, usia saat menstruasi pertama kurang dari 12 tahun, periode lama menstruasi (lebih dari 7 hari), perdarahan menstruasi yang berlebihan, merokok, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara siklus menstruasi, kualitas tidur, dan status gizi terhadap dismenore primer pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang. Penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan desain cross sectional merupakan metode penelitian yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan remaja putri sebanyak 75 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penyebaran angket/kuesioner dilakukan untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman’x rho dan uji regresi logistik yang digunakan sebagai analisis multivariat. Hasil dari analisis tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara siklus menstruasi terhadap dismenore primer pada remaja putri (0,000 kurang dari 0,05) dengan kekuatan korelasi kuat (0,771). Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur terhadap dismenore primer pada remaja putri (0,034 kurang dari 0,05) (0,246 yang berarti lemah), dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi terhadap dismenore primer pada remaja putri (0,364 lebih dari 0,05) (0,106 yang berarti sangat lemah). Untuk analisis multivariat tidak ada hubungan signifikan yang bersamaan dari ketiga variabel bebas, akan tetapi nilai EXP(B) siklus menstruasi yakni 0,012.

Hubungan Siklus Menstruasi, Kualitas Tidur, dan Status Gizi, Terhadap Dismenore Primer pada Remaja Putri

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is very important for both mother and baby. The number of mothers who exclusively breastfeed their babies is still low (<80%). Medan Sunggal Puskesmas, Medan Sunggal Subdistrict, has a low achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in 2018 at 49.3% and decreased in 2019, namely 45.6%. Many factors influence exclusive breastfeeding, namely predisposing factors, enabling factors and reinforing factors. The purpose of this study was to find the determinants of exclusive breastfeeding in infants aged 0-6 months in Medan Sunggal District. Population of 256 people. Samples using the Slovin formula obtained 156 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate using multiple logistic regression tests at the 95% significance level. The results showed that statistically knowledge (0.016), attitude (0.016), maternal ability (<0.001), breastfeeding facilities (0.001), husband's support (0.004), and parental support (0.010) had a significant effect on exclusive breastfeeding. Trust, ability of health workers, support from friends and the role of cadres have no effect. The dominant factor influencing is the ability of mothers with the value of Exp (B) 30,233, meaning that mothers have good abilities tend to be 30,233 times the mother gives exclusive breastfeeding to babies than the ability is not good. The conclusion is that the determinants of exclusive breastfeeding are knowledge, attitudes, abilities of mothers, breastfeeding facilities, husband's support and parental support. It is recommended that the Medan Sunggal government to increase regular counseling and form a companion group to make exclusive breastfeeding successful through peer groups or groups of mothers who love babies.

Determinants of Exclusive Breastfeeding in Babies 0-6 Months in Medan Sunggal District

Based on the results of a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health which is published in (SKDI, 2012). Showed that the level of knowledge and understanding of adolescents about reproductive health was still very low. The consequence of the low knowledge and understanding of adolescents on reproductive health is that it is easy for adolescents to experience problems related to reproductive health. This study aims to analyze the effect of multimedia video learning on changes in attitude and behavior of menstrual hygiene in young women. This type of research was a quasy experiment (pre-post test design). The research was conducted at the Ummul Mukminin Islamic boarding school (intervention group) and the Darul Arqam Muhammadiyah Gombara Islamic boarding school (control group) in January 2020. The sample in this study was 62 samples, 31 samples from the control group and 31 intervention groups (Video Learning Multimedia) which were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Homogeneity of Variance and Wilcoxon test. The results of statistical tests showed that there was an effect of multimedia video learning on changes in knowledge, attitudes and behavior of menstrual hygiene in young women.

Berdasarkan hasil survey yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Kesehatan yang dimuat dalam (SKDI, 2012). Menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi masih sangat rendah. Konsekuensi dari rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman remaja terhadap kesehatan reproduksi adalah mudahnya remaja mengalami masalah yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh video learning multimedia terhadap perubahan sikap dan perilaku menstrual hygiene pada remaja putri. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan quasy eksperimen (pre-post test design). Penelitian dilakukan di pondok pesantren ummul mukminin (kelompok intervensi) dan pondok pesantren darul arqam muhammadiyah gombara (kelompok kontrol) pada januari 2020. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 sampel, 31 sampel kelompok kontrol dan 31 kelompok intervensi (Video Learning Multimedia) yang dipilih berdasarkan tekhnik purposive sampling. Analisis data dengan uji Homogeneity of variancedan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh video learning multimedia terhadap perubahan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku menstrual hygiene pada remaja putri.

Pengaruh Video Learning Multimedia terhadap Pengetahaun, Sikap dan Perilaku Menstrual Hygiene pada Remaja Putri

Menstrual cycle is the time from the first day of menstruation until the coming of the next period. Menstrual cycles occur for 28 days. The average normal menstrual cycle occurs around 21-35 days while those who experience menstrual cycles use polimenore (<20 days), oligomenorrhea (> 35 days), and amenorrhea (> 3 days). Normal menstrual cycles depend on interactions and hormones released from the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary and their effects on the endometrium. Shortening of the menstrual cycle that causes shorter menstrual cycles (polimenore) is associated with a decrease in fertility and miscarriage while an extended menstrual cycle (oligomenorrhea) is associated with anovulation, infertilization, and miscarriages. Menstrual cycles are also influenced by age, nutritional status, transition and body fat mass. Nutritional status is a measure of a person's body that can be seen from the food needed and the use of nutrients in the body. Objective: to study the relationship between nutritional status and the menstrual cycle in midwifery students. Method: This type of correlational research with cross-sectional design. a sample of 30 midwifery students. Data were analyzed using chi square test. Results: No relationship between nutritional status with the menstrual cycle was considered with a p value of 0.674. Conclusion: nutritional status is not the dominant factor influencing the menstrual cycle in midwifery students of Muhammadiyah University but there are other influencing factors such as stress and physical activity. The Menstrual Cycle and Nutritional Status

Background : Puberty is a period that occurs in adolescence. Puberty in young women is characterized by the occurrence of menarche. Adolescent is an age group that is prone to menstrual disorders, one of which is an abnormal menstrual cycle. Abnormal menstrual cycles can be predictors of reproductive health problems. One of the factors that causes an abnormal menstrual cycle is nutritional status. Objective : This study aimed to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and menstrual cycles in female students of Islamic Senior High School Lamongan. Method : This cross-sectional designed study was conducted on the 10th and 11th-grade students of Islamic Senior High School 1, Lamongan. The determination of the sample was done by simple random sampling to choose 83 students. Data related to the menstrual cycle was obtained by interview using a questionnaire. Nutrition status data was obtained by measuring height, weight. Nutritional status was classified by using the BMI/U z-score table values for girls aged 5-18 years from the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Data analyzed using the Spearman correlation test with α = 0.05. Results : The results showed that respondents with normal nutritional status (66.3%) mostly had normal menstrual cycles (62.7%). Respondents with obesity tend to experience abnormal menstrual cycles (71.4%). Based on the results of statistical tests, it was known that there was a relationship between nutritional status with the menstrual cycle (p = 0.036). Conclusions: There was a relationship between nutritional statuses with the female students’ menstrual cycle of Islamic Senior High School 1, Lamongan  ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Salah satu fase dalam pekembangan manusia adalah masa remaja. Masa pubertas merupakan masa yang terjadi pada masa remaja. Pubertas pada remaja putri ditandai dengan terjadinya menarche . Remaja perempuan merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami gangguan menstruasi seperti siklus menstruasi yang tidak normal. Salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan siklus menstruasi yang tidak normal yaitu status gizi. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi siswi MAN 1 Lamongan. Metode: Analitik observasional merupakan jenis dari penelitian ini dan cross sectional merupakan desain pada penelitian ini. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan siswi kelas X dan XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Lamongan (MAN 1 Lamongan). Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling dan didapatkan besar sampel adalah 83 siswi. Data terkait siklus menstruasi didapatkan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Data status gizi didapatkan dengan melakukan pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan. Status gizi diklasifikasikan dengan menggunakan nilai tabel z-score IMT/U untuk anak perempuan usia 5-18 tahun dari kemenkes RI. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi spearman dengan α = 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan status gizi normal (66,3%) sebagian besar memiliki siklus menstruasi yang normal (62,7%). Responden dengan status gizi yang tidak normal cenderung mengalami siklus menstruasi yang tidak normal. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi dengan nilai p = 0,036. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi siswi MAN 1 Lamongan.

In girls, puberty is marked by the onset of menstruation (menarche). In adolescent girls needed a good nutritional status in helping the growth of adolescents including menstrual cycle regularity. Young women who have less or more nutritional intake can cause reproductive dysfunction and impact on menstrual disorders. The aim of research to determine the relationship of nutritional status with menstrual cycle in young women at PSIK FK UNSRAT Manado. Design research is an analytic survey with cross sectional, population that all young women who met the inclusion criteria. This research sample 67 respondents obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The instrument using questionnaire menstrual cycle and observation sheet measurement results of weight and height were performed. The results of the statistical test using Chi Square test at 95% significance level (α ≤ 0.05), then the p value = 0.000. This means that the value of p <α (0.05). Thus that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the menstrual cycle in young girls at PSIK FK UNSRAT Manado. Advice for young women to better maintain nutritional status and maintain their reproductive health so that they become a regular menstrual cycle. Remaja putri yang mengalami asupan gizi kurang atau lebih dapat menyebabkan gangguan fungsi reproduksi dan berdampak pada gangguan menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di PSIK FK UNSRAT Manado. Desain penelitian yaitu survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional, populasi yaitu semua remaja putri yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sampel penelitian ini 67 responden yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner siklus menstruasi dan lembar obeservasi hasil pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan yang dilakukan. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α ≤ 0,05), maka didapatkan nilai p = 0,000. Ini berarti bahwa nilai p < α (0,05). Dengan demikian bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi pada remaja putri di PSIK FK UNSRAT Manado. Saran untuk remaja putri agar lebih menjaga status gizi dan memelihara kesehatan reproduksi mereka agar siklus menstruasi mereka menjadi teratur. : Exclusive breastfeeding is given breast milk for 6 months without additional liquids and other foods such as infant formula, banana pulp, and water. According to data from the Health Research in 2013, the percentage of baby who received exclusively breastfed in Indonesia is 54.3%. This is because of the mother’s lack of knowledge, widespread promotion of infant formulas and even the lack of support from family especially husband. This research aimed to determine the relationship of husband’s support with mother’s will for giving exclusively breastfeeding at the Tuminting primary health care in 2014. This is analytical research with cross sectional design, the population of lacting mother’s of infants age ≥ 6 months who came to visit at Tuminting primary health care. This research using purposive sampling technique amounted 61 respondents. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires which is husband’s support questionnaires and mother’s will for giving exclusively breastfeeding. The results of the statistical test using chi square test, the p value = 0.001. This means that the value of p < α (0.05). This it can be concluded that there is a relationship between husband support with mother’s will for giving exclusively breastfeeding. Suggestions for health care, should further improve the education and introduction to the husband’s and lacting mother’s about the importance of husband support for the success of mother’s exclusively breastfeeding. Abstrak : ASI eksklusif adalah ASI yang diberikan selama 6 bulan tanpa tambahan cairan dan makanan lain seperti susu formula, bubur pisang, dan air putih. Menurut data Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2013, presentase bayi yang mendapat ASI eksklusif di Indonesia adalah 54,3%. Kendala ini disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan ibu, maraknya iklan susu formula dan bahkan kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga terlebih suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami dengan kemauan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif di Puskesmas Tuminting tahun 2014. Desain penelitian yaitu survei analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional, populasi yaitu ibu menyusui bayi usia≥ 6 bulan yang datang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Tuminting. Sampel penelitian ini 61 responden yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari kuesioner dukungan suami dan kemauan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square didapatkan nilai p = 0,001. Ini berarti bahwa nilai p <α (0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan kemauan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif.Saran untuk petugas kesehatan agar lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan dan pengenalan kepada para suami dan ibu menyusui tentang pentingnya dukungan suami sehingga mendukung keberhasilan ibu memberikan ASI eksklusif. : Early mobilization is a treat to guide mother after giving birth to guide mother going out from her bed and walk as soon as possible. The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation of knowledge level with the early mobilization of mother after giving birth at the East Likupang Primary Health Care Subdistrict East Likupang. The research design is analytical survey with cross sectional approach. This research was conducted in East Likupang Primary Health Care on December 6th – 30th 2014. The sample of this research are total sampling with 50 respondents from November and December who fulfill the criteria of inclusion. The instrument of this research used questionnaire. Statistical test using a computerized system by using the chi-square test (X2) at the level of significance 95% (α = 0.05%). The results obtained by the p-value = 0.000 with the level of significance <0.05. This shows there is a meaningful correlation of knowledge level with the early mobilization of mother after giving birth. The conclusion is, the higher of knowledge level and experience that mother gained, the more easy mother do the early mobilization in a appropriate stages. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan 50 responden dari November dan desember yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Instrumen penelitian yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Uji statistik menggunakan sistem komputerisasi dengan menggunakan uji chi-square () pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil diperoleh hasil p-value = 0,000 dengan level of significance < 0,05. Ini menunjukkan ada hubungan bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan mobilisasi dini pada ibu nifas. Kesimpulan semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang didapat ibu maka semakin akan melakukan mobilisasi dini sesuai tahap-tahap mobilisasi dini.
